We were quite happy with the staff and the room. It was clean and comfortable overall. The breakfast offerings and area were adequate; just wash your own dishes, which is fine. After staying in several different accommodations on our journey, with the only TV options available being the very limited and poor selections of commercial cable TV, it was a a really nice added experience to have some streaming options made available and the TV screen was a reasonable size. There were some free movie channels, as well as a few Apps available, like YouTube and the Disney Channel for example, if you already have an account you can call up. It was a much appreciated extra when we settled down for the evening. There are several eating options close by, as well as a grocery across the hwy.

We stayed in a Deluxe Queen Suite, which had a bedroom plus a separate bed in the main living area. The bed in the bedroom was OK, but the one in the living room area was very uncomfortable and the wood frame was quite creaky. We just used that bed as the couch, since seating was limited.

The location was convenient, the room was recently redone & very nice and modern with great touches. Loved the little sitting area etc. There was good selection at the breakfast nook. The manager was great and made sure I was able to check in as I was running a bit late the night I checked in.

Not a fan of memory foam mattresses wasn't too bad - but better pillows (either bigger or more) would have helped (the two pillows were very thin/flat) and could've used a heavier blanket - was very light. Would have liked a light by the bed so I didn't have to have the bright overhead lights on to read & then get out of bed to turn them off. (Looking in some of the rooms being cleaned looked like most of them had bed-side lights - so maybe my room was just missed) Was surprised that breakfast was do-it-yourself but great selection = though having to wash my dishes etc after was unique , used to cleaning up after myself but that was a little much.

Very clean, welcoming, modern. Liked that they offered a separate room for a family of 3

Need air condition in the main area. Not just in 2nd bedroom. Also, staff needs to come up to check the food a bit more often.. lots of times around 9:30m there was no food left and we came up there right around 9am, when breakfast started. Also 9am is pretty late. We left 7am for hike or left early to travel back... and there wouldn't be any breakfast. Especially during high season there should be more food and better time frame for breakfast if you offer a complimentary breakfast to people... other than that all was OK. We survived...

The owners are lovely people and clearly want to do their best to keep their customers happy. The place was very clean beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable, pillows very comfortable and I have a bad back, neck and hip. Slept very well. Great little kitchenette in the room plus the breakfast and lounge was very nice. Has a fireplace, sofa and sauna! Very hospitable owners and staff. They work hard, clearly.

Breakfast was very good but when I got there they were out of brown bread. Oatmeal was good. I would have preferred 18% cream in my tea vs 10% and a bit more protein for diabetics, maybe some cheese or even protein powder to add to coffee.

Michael and Ria were super sweet hosts! They took good care of my daughter and I, the room was super clean and well organized, with a refrigerator and everything needed. Breakfast was offered with many options and I was satisfied. The location is near all you need and the nights are silent and safe.

I was confused on what to do when I entered the breakfast room, also new people coming looked disoriented. Once you understand you can help yourself as if you were at home, the atmosphere becomes super cozy and I made friends at breakfast, you can cook your own eggs, make sandwich, eat the cake, sip your coffe and so on! Perhaps you can come up with an idea that can help this "dirorienting" moment. but that's it!

The room was clean. Enjoyed having our own bedroom from the kids. The kitchen had a fridge, microwave and some tools. It had been renovated. Overall, our stay was enjoyed.

When we entered our room for the night, we were hit with an extremely intense orange chemical smell. We opened all the windows and door then we sat outside until the smell was gone. Breakfast was interesting. Never have I gone to a hotel where I spent $300 for a night, to cook my own breakfast. Everything was supplied to make eggs and toast. There was also no sanitizer machine for the dishes. You washed you dishes under the running water, dried them and put them back in the cupboard.

This Inn was beautiful. It was renovated well. There was a large patio that stretched in front of all the rooms, each with their own patio table. The location was so easy to find, the staff was really nice and inviting. The beds were comfortable as well. The breakfast/communal room and patio was really well set up as well. The view from the patio was amazing. We would 100% recommend anyone, especially those who like to visit with others who are also on their travels.

A ceiling fan or any fan available would have been great for circulating the cool air conditioned air around the room. We had a small fan with us which did the trick.

I love the newly renovated interior! Everything is so clean and tidy. Separate room that is wonderful for family, well-equipped kitchen that you can totally make yourself home here. Good price, great location for easy access to grocery, trail and hot springs.

The breakfast was included but you have to cook by yourself at the common space with other guests. It got pretty busy when we went so we did not enjoy it much. However the price is pretty reasonable even without breakfast.

Property was newly renovated and very clean. The sheets were so soft! The kitchenette was a nice bonus. Staff was lovely and check in and out were quick and easy.

Breakfast is included in the price but there was no info on when it would be served. In my experience, most places have breakfast available at 7, but the breakfast area wasn’t open until closer to 9. It was quite basic and there was no protein available. However, there was a stove in the area so you could bring your own food to cook. The signs everywhere telling you to clean up after yourself or you’d be charged fines made it feel like an Airbnb.

Breakfast: Continental Plus. Being able to cook my own eggs was nice. Ham, cheese, butter, provided, in addition to Continental basics. Bread choice would have been nice. Room had great refrigerator, microwave, and bathroom. I would have preferred cotton over nylon linens, but this seems to be the fashion these days. Wooden clothes hanging hooks were nifty!

Room table was on the small side, barely enough for dish and laptop. Communal dining area accessed through outside snowy/slippery stairs.
