cleanliness, staff he is so nice, comfortable and safe environment, our one bedroom have everything such as TV with lots of choices i.e, roku, tubi & etc to watch…microwave, we have 2 mini fridge, sofa with center table, dining table and 2 chairs, i am surprised never expected there is a mini kitchen with kitchen wares, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle and bread toaster and dawn dishwashing soap plus our washroom have a jacuzzi 👍🥰 - super satisfied staying in this Motel and definitely next time we will choose still this place!

Location 1 blk from central event venue & main street, very quiet, good value, plush towels, good bedside lighting, flooring, paint and beds new & very attractive, kitchenette nice to have even though not updated, keyless entry pad, bighorn sheep in parking lot.

No elevator, no hair dryer, there was nowhere to charge mobile devices near the bed, the bed was not comfortable for sleeping on my side (but good for back sleeping), there are not enough electrical outlets.

Danielle was very nice at the phone and in person. Upgraded my room and forgot to changed me for the pet So I made sure we cleaned the room before we left. Room size was great, bigger than banff hotels. Also has nice area for dogs to pee, they have outdoor leash. Can bbq on summer. Really nice place although looking old. Thanks to the staff. No decaf coffee but they gave us extra tea and hot chocolate for my son.

Walking distance to the main Radium stuff. In one direction there's the main street with the awesome brewery and in the other is a neat little trail to walk the dog. Bathroom was super clean and i finally felt comfortable showering in it after two days of bad motels. Genuinely a lifesaver. Host and check in were fantastic, charming and welcoming.

Gorgeous, clean, and very hospitable! Vintage and chic, with a gorgeous Jacuzzi tub! Staff was very friendly and our room had everything we could possibly need. Cannot overstate how spotlessly clean it was!! And we saw bighorn sheep from our balcony. We'll be back! :)

Mattress was a bit antique and could have been comfier, but with the overall vintage vibe, we didn't mind!

Only issue is there was no shower, just a bath tub. It was probably in the description when I booked the room but I didn't notice. The room was clean and all was good for the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall a good spot to crash for 1 nite without spending alot of money.

I've stay'ed in the facility a few times, just as clean as you get anywhere. Bed was good, location was good, people running the place were friendly, understood everything we needed etc. I would and will stay here again in the future.

The weather, just kidding, it was radium, the weather was fantastic.

Price-competitive motel that was off the main highway (so potentially quieter). I was drawn to the interesting pictures outside the motel. The grounds are terrific. Nicely treed with gardens and they have bench areas with a fire pit. Cool if you travel with a group or you're into meeting new people. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We let them know through the booking site that we were running early and they messaged back that they'd be ready for us before the official 4pm check-in time. Door was code-locked so no need to turn in a key in the morning. Handy. Bonus: Room had two mini fridges! One in the main part of the room and another in the kitchenette part at the back. All the more reason for us to go buy a bottle of wine and enjoy our night at Radium. Ha ha.

I didn't sleep all that well. The air conditioner was noisy (it's at the back of the room in the kitchenette/bathroom area). The room was a bit dated. Personally, that's among the least important things to me, so long as the room as clean, which it was. If they have spend $ on modernization/renovation, I'd start with the air conditioners.

The room was beautiful very clean had a Jacuzzi hot tub in the room stand up shower little kitchenette a little loveseat. The outside had three barbecue grills had a fireplace and horseshoe pits for the guests to use.. it was off the main street so you didn't hear any traffic going by.

The only thing I didn't like was the ice. They had a deep freezer outside with a styrofoam ice cooler in it with ice and a scoop for you to use for drinks. But the same scoop is put back into the ice with everyone's hand on it and you can tell that someone put the scoop in their drink because the stuff was frozen onto it and then it was on some of the ice.

Location was good as after spending hours sitting on a motorcycle was nice to be able to walk to the majority of amenities we wished to attend to.

The only thing which you have no control over is the weather, unless you have an in with the big guy upstairs
