Location; size of room; size of bathroom; comfortable bed; I felt safe there. Wonderful staff! So professional yet personable & kind. I always stay at this hotel when in New Orleans. Great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, bakeries, book stores, large mall in area.

Water never got hot & shower didn’t work; however, the recent hurricane might have caused the problem.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. The included breakfast is a-ok.

The bathtub is ugly with stains. Faucet for bath is leaking The floor. is not clean, bare feet in the room will give you a shower shock when water first runs through your feet..

The handicap room was perfect for my husband, who is in a wheelchair. The bed was even raised to get his lift under so that was a huge bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

There was nothing that we disliked. The only improvement we could recommend is that the handicap parking not be so steep.

I like that it was close to Denny's and the I10

The lady at the front desk was not very welcoming. No way was I greeted with a smile or any positive reaction for that matter. Some ppl just have a job for the pay check not at all happy about working. It showed sweetheart

The location. Close to plenty restaurants. Walking distance . The bed was comfortable. Tv has Netflix. Room AC was amazing. Water was hot for a long time.

The sudden Incidental fee . Tub can use a deep clean. Bathroom door didn’t close properly. Tv was small but suitable.

I loved the location. It was in the perfect spot for the best restaurants and not far from city park. I also loved they allowed our pets in without hesitation and the breakfast was incredible.

I wish they had breakfast later in the morning for people like me who like to sleep in.

Bring on second floor with small kids and emotional support dog made it hard. Had 2nd major back surgery in February 2023 and I'm 66yrs old.

We booked this room because of an early flight out of New Orleans. Overall the room wasn't bad. The bed was comfy.

The lady at check-in was not friendly at all. Upon entering the room you can tell it needs quite a few updates. Great water pressure in the shower except that it's so strong it feels like it's ripping off your skin and the bathroom really needs an exhaust fan. Like many comments I've read before on this particular Hotel it definitely needs new carpet or a thorough cleaning of the carpet.

The room I got was great but when I went to the 2nd floor to get ice the rug was filthy and smelly

The staff was extremely friendly the battery thing on door was dead and they always had to gone let me in but they did and was nice
