Everything was super!!!

Location, comfort cleanliness and very good staff

Parking is stated but it is offsite 300m away and cost Euro 30 for less than a day so adds to price. You can offload bags and then park but I was looking for on site parking.

Enjoyable short Christmas break. Good location to seafront and restaurants. Good standard hotel, friendly staff. Only criticism of location was music playing outside hotel until midnight, which was out of the hands of the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located in a courtyard opposite the town hall. It is a two minute walk to the beach in one direction and the old town in the other. We had a fifth floor room overlooking the square. Marvelous view up to the Cathedral and mountains. Room was modern and spacious, immaculately clean. We stayed for a week and each day on our return was like coming in to a brand new room. Well worth the stay, really enjoyed the city and surrounding area.

Nothing at all to be negative about.

They allowed us to leave our bags early in the morning. The hotel is perfectly located you will not get better. Opposite the town hall and police station nearby so safe and secure. Cafe and ice cream bar beside it. A supermarket just opposite too. A perfect location in Alicante. Beautiful setting with great view up to the castle. Our hotel gave us a magnificent room, large and with a brilliant view. room 509. They also checked us in an hour and half early. Clean, secure, amicable and helpful. Highly recommended.

The room was magnificent but if you are a light sleeper the rooms aren't totally sound proof and the plaza can be a little noisy late at night. Yet still a small price to pay for a great hotel which is superb value for money.

The hotel has a perfect location. It is in a walking distance to the city center, shopping streets, area with restaurants and bars, promenade and sandy sea beach. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and suportive.

Not too much. We didn't have a good view, just seeing a building in front if us. The breakfast was a bit unvaried. It was difficult to find a place to park a rent a car that we had booked.

Everything was great, clean and comfortable room, nice location, very friendly staff. Breakfast was really good and well organised. We enjoyed our stay a lot! Thanks!

The only one thing which was bothering us is noise from outside in the middle of night, because the restaurants under our window were open until late and they were moving chairs very late, so few times we were waken up because of this noise. Window doesn’t protect from noise unfortunately. But it’s the only one thing which is not really related to the hotel.

Really friendly helpful staff who go the extra mile to keep everyone happy. Very accommodating when we asked to move from the 6th to the 3rd floor after the first night. Breathtaking views from the roof terrace and from some of the rooms. Excellent location near the old town and a stones throw to the sea. Showers and bathrooms are very good. Good housekeeping. Friendly maintenance team. Recommend the larger deluxe rooms over the basic ones.

Beds and pillows are a bit firm and squeaky and the basic double rooms are quite cramped. Roof terrace, despite it's superb view of the castle, is uninspiring and needs some tlc. No bar or amenities except the breakfast room which we didn't use. No coffee machine in the rooms, but a nice bar right next door. Located in a vibrant and lively part of the City which we loved, but definitely earplugs required for light sleepers.

A good hotel for a week stay. Breakfast was fresh however mostly the same every day - mainly just continental choices. Staff were friendly. Location of hotel is perfect, very close to the castle and Santa Maria Basílica. View from the terrace of the hotel is perfect and all in all it was a comfortable stay.

Room was hard to get to the right temperature - it was either too cold or too hot. Hotel wanted a deposit of €10 for a tiny fan to cool the room. Be aware if chosen a room with a view of town hall, the plaza is very noisy at night. Best to wear some earplugs!

Location was perfect. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Good restaurants, shops and coffee shops just around the location. We booked deluxe room on top floor with balcony and view. Room was huge and spacious. We stayed for 5 days during Christmas Holidays. The giant Belén was just exhibited just outside the Plaza of the hotel and great view from our balcony.

Terrace with overlooking view was closes in December, no food room service if you didn’t feel like going out.
