I come here at least 4 times a year with my immediate family and I don’t have ownership. I do however have the lateral package to try out. I have now included my external family to come down and try out the resort and they absolutely LOVE it!! The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Tierra, the front desk receptionist is always so pleasant and always remember our faces when we come down. This time around there was another person I’d like to recognize for just being so hospitable and assisting us with my mother’s bday decor. He was one of the maintenance men, Sanchez. He was great! I recommend this resort to anyone and everyone looking for a great time and place of peace.

The space was good. Suite was clean. Great full size kitchen. Convenient washer and dryer in the unit.

The space was good, but the layout of the room I was assigned was awkward with the bedroom at the front of the suite. Guests walking by the bedroom can see directly into the room. Also, this is a timeshare or membership property, so if you are staying here, be prepared for attempts to get you to sit through a presentation. Even though I told the staff at check-in that I wasn't interested, I got annoying phone calls asking if I would join a presentation.

Love the facility. Have stayed before. Will stay again. Didn’t feel pressured to get the timeshare option. Didn’t have time to do all we wanted on-site as had to cut trip shorter than expected the last day!

Disappointed only with two things - noise level from guests above us and the cost of the food/availability of the food options onsite. Many items were marked out because they were unavailable. Bowling was fun but there was an extended wait as many were ordering food and the same person was running both the register and setting up/activating the lanes.

The rooms were pretty big. The soaker tub was my boyfriends favorite. The bed was OK as far as comfort, but overall, it was a very pleasant experience to stay here. The town square building closed at 8pm. My bf and I wanted to go bowling at 745 pm but we couldn't. I would recommend keeping the inside open till at least 10pm; that's the only change I'd wish to see. Overall, great staff, room, location and amenities.

The space was nice and mostly clean. It was comfortable. The fireplace was a nice touch on a chilly VA night. The amenities in the room were nice. Everything you might need was available.

We reserved a villa. However, to our surprise, it was an apartment type space. The setup was odd to us. The bedroom was right off of the front door. The walls are absolutely paper thin as we could hear others moving around and doing laundry in the middle of the night. The bedding, while having a nice appearance, felt like sandpaper on my skin.

Pressure for timeshare presentation

Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice kitchen facilities. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The resort is close to all the Williamsburg attractions.

The setup seemed a little dated as it looks like it was a motel that was converted. As such, the bedroom was in the front of the suite where it could be easily seen bypassers by which made it uncomfortable to have the curtains open. That was our only real gripe.

The suite was roomy, clean and well equipped.

It’s a “club.” Nothing in the registration process indicated they wanted you to sit through a sales pitch. Check in was delayed, keys to the room not given, until they do the sales pitch. I find that. Dry aggravating and unacceptable. I won’t go back because of that one unpleasant piece.

We like having a full kitchen so the fact you can get a villa that offers that was great. The place feels homey. Bed is super comfortable, my little one enjoyed the big spa tub.

Need more appliances and some new updates the the counters.

Everything was wonderful, didn't get a chance to explore everything the we had hoped because it was a short stay for us. Room was beautiful as well as comfortable. Great bang for your buck. Really family oriented place although we don't have any kids. Plenty of activities for kids as well as game room and basketball court etc.. You will want to come back feels alot like home!!!!
