The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the facility was very clean and looked like it was brand-new. The rooms and the common spaces were well appointed. The breakfast was decent as hotel breakfasts go and offered both hot and cold options. The facility was also fairly convenient to the Williamsburg Visitors Center, which was only about 1.5 miles from the hotel. There were also several dining options within walking distance of the hotel--a Mexican restaurant and also a "smokehouse" restaurant.

I had one major issue: I was assigned a room that had a door to an adjoining room. That type of arrangement would be great for a family who needed multiple rooms. I was traveling by myself, however, and my adjoining room was occupied by an amorous young couple. I learned that noise and sounds travel very easily through those adjoining doors. Thus, if you are staying in one of those rooms be aware that your conversation and any other noises in your room can easily be heard by people in the next room and vice versa. If you only need one room, see if you can get a room that does not have an adjoining room.

It's always very clean here. Breakfast is fantastic.

This is my 4th stay here , and every single time 8ve stayed here, they have double or This time, triple charged my card. When I checked , I i asked the desk clerk to please not double charge my card like past times b4 . So they triple charged it smh. Luckily this is a credit card and not debit. Or they could cost me overdraft fees. After 3 years and 4 visits you would think this would stop happening. Even after me mentioning this issue checking in it still happened.

For transparency's sake, I've stayed here before, and always enjoyed it. The hotel is in a safe, convenient location, it's fairly well maintained, the rooms have everything you need, and it's very affordable. But honestly, the true standouts here are the employees! From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone I met was friendly and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to insure our stay was an enjoyable one. That, in addition to the VERY affordable room prices, make it a winner every time.

If I was going to pick on anything, and I'm truly picking, it would be that kind of salty scent that hangs on the sheets and bed linens from cheap bleach. I noticed when I got home and went to wash my clothes, they smelled like that, and I often smelled it when I got on the bed. Also, the wifi system requires you to log in frequently, and that got frustrating for my companion, who was older.

I loved how squeaky clean the bathroom looked, and the rest of the room too. No signs of mold or wear in the bathroom, so I know it must have been updated fairly recently.

The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable. We were put in room 125 which is adjacent to the vending and ice machine. It was noisy one early morning when someone got ice. Also, every once in a while you could hear the distant sound of an alarm somewhere. It sounded like when your ear rings. I would put a pillow over my head when it rang at night and it drowned out the sound. Aside from those issues, the cleanliness and everything else was excellent. Just try not to stay in room 125.

The hotel, to my surprise, was very nice. The decor was nice and looked exactly like the pictures. I have never stayed at a comfort inn before, but I really like this one. The staff was amazing!!!! From the greeting from the front desk down to the housekeeper. I really wish I could have gotten her name we were in 209 and 211 she was so sweet and kind she made my day with her smile, and she did a great job cleaning the room. The breakfast was good, and the location placed you in the middle of everything.

The bed was not comfortable but when we stay again I will bring a mattress topper

The property is very close to all the attractions in Williamsburg, a place that is so charming by itself. We booked 2 rooms and 1 room was upgraded to a suite, with a king size bed, kitchen and a living area. It was such a nice gesture! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and while they provided daily cleaning, I opted not to as there was no need for it. There were enough towels and bathroom amenities for 2 adults, as well. Our stay came with free breakfast and while there was not a lot of variety like what the hotels in Dubai generally offer, the breakfast was sufficient. We got waffles, yogurt, muffins and of course, coffee and orange juice. Lastly, the staffs were very friendly. We were checked- in by Reyna and she was very helpful and efficient esp when my card used during booking did not go through for some reason. We have to use another card, as a result. All in all, a great value for money. I will stay here again next time I come visit.

Maybe add more breakfast items

I loved how updated it was! The staff at the main counter, breakfast area, and housekeeping were super courteous, and very helpful. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The door to the bathroom and the toilet were cramped. To use the bathroom you had to close the door at all times. I would suggest a barn style door or a bifold door. Other than this minute thing, this facility was top notch!

The facilities are very clean! (my favorite thing). The staff is super friendly and helpful ( we were there for three days, so we saw a variety). When there was a problem with the tv (Super Bowl weekend!!!) they quickly addressed the problem and offered us another room.

There was a serious problem with the tv reception in our first room. HOWEVER, they quickly addressed the problem and when it could not be remedied in our room they offered us another room. Of course that involved moving after we were thoroughly settled in which was a bit of a pain. But they had done everything they could.

It was very spacious and open. The parking lot was huge and we had the back room which was conveniently closest to the back door so we didn’t have to go far when we parked the car. And I could step out to smoke easily. The pool was very clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious every day we had it put a smile on are faces and made us ready for our journeys through the day. The cleanliness was the best part. Housekeeping was excellent the best I’ve seen ever and they were so nice to us we talked and said good morning every day. Very very friendly staff.

There was a problem with our tv when we got there didn’t think much of it didn’t want to complain. We should’ve told the front desk or someone sooner about it but by the third fourth day we did and turned out it was the one cable wire being lose from someone who was there before us ,must’ve been moving the tv so we got to watch tv without any skips and interrupts the last few days we had there by finger tightening it back on. Also we noticed the toilet seat had a few scratches and dings out of it also was like a chemical on it that burned through and left a permanent looking film drops at one point but we made due with it and it worked we didn’t want to complain it did the job

The room as well as lobby and hallways were very clean and tidy. The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was solid, eggs, sausage, cereals, waffles, bagels, English muffins, glazed donuts. More fresh fruit is what I would suggest, only apples and oranges set out daily. Berries would be nice. I had a great experience at this hotel and I would recommend it to others.

The beds were a little too stiff for our liking. But this wouldn't keep us from returning.
