BREAKFAST WAS GOOD HAD DIFFERENT ITEMS TO CHOOSE FROM. KITCHEN STAFF VERY HELPFUL .FOOD THAT WAS COOKED REAL GOOD LOCATION RIGHT ON POINT NOT FAR FROM PLACES WE WERE GOING .

UPDATE YOUR HOTEL LOOK AROUND SEE ALOT OF PASS WEAR AND TEAR BREAKFAST AREA CHAIR TEARING APRT TABLETS HAD PIECE OLD RAG HOLDING TABLE DON'T WOBBLE. THE CARPET THROUGH OUT HOTEL NEED BE PULLED UP NASTY DIRTY AND IT SMELLS. THEY TRY PUT DOWN CARPET STAY MADE IT WORST. FRONT LOBBY AT VERY WELCOMING FURNITURE TO LOW TO SIT AND ITS OLD AND STAINED UP

Front desk was very helpful when there was an issue with our 1 am check in. Breakfast was very good and well stocked. I enjoyed the wall art of local historic sites.

Exterior doors often stayed open when you walked out and didn’t seem very secure. Several people gathered at the exits smoking. The areas of the parking lot that were well lit filled up fast, it was hard to find a secure feeling spot. Ice machine on our floor was broken, and no vending could be found. Not many places to sit at breakfast. The king room felt cramped with extra furniture.

Friendly helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Nice pool. Pet friendly. Close to everything. Quiet. Great for the price but definitely check your beds. I've stayed at worse places. I'd stay again for the price, free breakfast and location. Just know what your getting.

1st room we checked into had not been cleaned but faked. Bed was made but was filthy under the covers, dirty clothes in the closet, trash full. It obviously wasn't ready. Front staff seemed understanding gave us a different room and it was fine. Most of the ice machines were broken. Toliet leaked at the bottom, threw a towel down and moved on. As I've run j to alot lately seemed housekeeping is understaffed but trying. I'd stay again, just check my rooms before unloading.

Breakfast was delicious. Breakfast hostess does a great job in preparing & presenting foods After noon time, a cold drink would be good, Water, lemonade or tea.

#1 - luggage trolleys were not available at entrance for 6 a.m. departure. Late night guest did not return to entrance level. I suggest you add to night duty to do list to check & go to floors & bring down. I am 75 yrs. Old with limited lifting power. #2 - Benches on the outside of hotel would be a plus for guest. #3 - Guest have been rude & littered the parking even though trash cans available. A walk about around property daily would enhance the grounds. #4 - the parking lot is very well lit & I felt safe going outside at night.

The coffee is excellent, freshly made. The staff is professional, the room is a good size, the location is quite handy and the beds are comfortable.

The floors in the entry way and the bathrooms are so slippery that it would be easy for a child or an adult to fall. In general, if the money was available, things could use an update. These would include new carpets in the hallways and the rooms, the curtains that are torn, some ceilings need repairs, etc. Also, three times I had to go back down to the front desk to get my room key valid again. This should not happen!

The location, room and breakfast were excellent.

The front desk staff could be more present than they were. During the primary check in time several guests, including myself, were kept waiting while two of the staff had a conversation in the office adjoining the front desk. When one of the staff finally opened the door to see if there was anyone there, they continued their conversation instead of taking care of the guest. When one of the staff finally came out, they more concerned about someone closing the office door behind them than attending to the guest. The next morning, again during the normal check out time there was no staff on the desk and a pile of keys laying on the desk.

Good location, cordial staff, good facilities. Breakfast was a REAL breakfast with hot and cold food and tasty. Fruit also available. Rooms nice and was very excited that they had a tub, a stopper (many places do not), and HOT water (water at other places is often only warm). Room also had a lot of lighting which was nice!

Hallway carpets are dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. Otherwise, the property is nice and worth of your stay. Would recommend that at least some of the room lights be attached to a switch so the guest doesn't have to look around and try to figure out how to turn them on.

Breakfast was amazing...different each day🧡 our service dog was treated like any other GUEST. Room was clean and got to see baby deer out back while walking my dog.

When I checked in they said card declined..with a lil attitude..I knew was impossible she DEMANDED another pymt. My phone was dead when charged I called cc company..the receptionist put wrong billing address in..when I explained to desk they were annoyed to switch card back to orig card used...which is the card I earn points on for future stays

Nice room with comfortable beds and chairs. Decent bathroom. The breakfast was well above average relative to what we've had at other similar hotels. Good variety of tasty foods, served hot, excellent coffee. The "breakfast ladies" deserve big Kudos! Location of this hotel is near perfect for visits to BGs and CW.

Cleanliness is a problem in public areas. The breakfast room was fairly clean, although tables needed attention. In other public areas such as corridors the carpets are filthy with food stains. Someone spilled cereal outside their room on our floor - it was there when we arrived and still there when we left 42 hours later. No vacuum cleaners? Our room was fairly clean.

Room and facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. our discontent was the fact that we had to move from the original room to another because of an airconditioning problem. (it didn't work). the new room had a VERY slippery tub and a bathroom vanity faucet that leaked badly. I was able to avoid a flood on the floor with the towels but by this time we had unpacked and really didn't want to be moved again. Staff did all they could to fix the other bathroom problems but I really didn't feel safe in the tub even after they put some special none skid tape on floor of the tub.
