The location was great (but noisy during the day), short walking distance to Soriana supermarket and oxo downstairs. Good connection to local buses for Cholula and CAPU bus station. Short walk to the historic centre Very friendly staff with good english. The room was spacious and the kitchen and dining area was nice, too. We had room 104. On request we got some detergent to wash our dishes.

The room could do with an upgrade, the ware and tare is just sad to see, it wouldn't take much to replace the fake leather bed heads etc.

My mom was happy with the location. She enjoyed the place.

She had a problem with the water temperature in the shower. They offered her to move to a different apartment, but she declined. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Very friendly reception and spotless suite in a great location with a nice rooftop terrace.

The windows to the street didn’t shut all the way and even though they tried to compensate with a second shutter it was still too loud to sleep. It is on a bus route so the traffic is extra loud and it’s next to a 24 convenience store so you hear them unloading supplies in the middle of the night and people talking outside of the store all night. The beds are super soft as well.

I liked the comfortable bed and pillows, the in-room A/C control, the soundproofing on windows really blocked out all noise, and the staff are all very kind and helpful, zocalo and the awesome Museo de Amparo are nearby.

I did not like reduced bathroom and the nightly rate is too high for the stay. The surrounding area is dirty.

very central, great security, the staff at the front desk were sooo friendly and helped with any questions!

the ‘gym’ isn’t really a gym. nothing works, it’s also very dirty up there. there’s a water filter station up there that also doesn’t work. our toilet seat in our apartment kept coming off and on arrival in our room we only were given one small bottle of water to share between two of us.

Location was perfect, nice and central. Staff friendly. Air conditioning appreciated. Clean and cosy.

The shower was either too hot or too cold which wasn’t ideal.

had an amazing stay here, the staff were so helpful and friendly, as a solo female traveller I felt very safe. the reception is 24hr. it was very useful having a kitchen. it has everything I needed. I had to do quite a lot of work, including on zoom and the internet was mostly very good.

rooms were miniature apartments. Did not use kitchen, but refrigerator very appreciated. Front desk staff were very helpful with hotel, area and helping arrange a Premium class E-bus out of Paseo Destino to El Angel in CDMX. Hotel has sound barriers on internal window shutters, but interior rooms are quiet. Water Bottle easily accessible.

Excellent place, good size room with convenient separate kitchenette space.

It is abt 10 mins walking distance of touristic areas, not much going on in the hotel's neighbourhood, except for the advantage of being calm and no noise at night.
