The location was wonderful. We saved money on transportation because the hotel was in walking distance to all the fun places we visited. The room size was spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included in our stay which was a wonderful bonus.

We did have to switch rooms because the AC was not working on the 1st night. The staff was so wonderful and made the switch. Upon entering the 2nd room it had sticky stuff on a small area of the carpet but I didn't want to relocate again. The cleaning staff never cleaned it before or after although I requested it.

I had a very pleasant experience during my stay at La Quinta Downtown New Orleans. However, what truly impressed me was the exceptional customer support I received even after my departure. Upon arriving home, I realized that I had accidentally left some clothes in the closet of my room. I immediately reached out to the hotel and was assisted by the manager, Mr. Carlos Harrison, and Mr. Darvonn Ingram. They promptly located my belongings and arranged for them to be shipped back to me. This level of service shows that the hotel staff goes above and beyond to assist guests not only during their stay but also after. I would definitely choose to stay at La Quinta Downtown New Orleans again in the future. Thank you Mr. Harrison and Mr. Ingram.

Excellent location, comfortable & well-equipped room, friendly and helpful staff

The limited breakfast choice thins out before 9AM. No detergent available for the washing machines. The adjacent parking garage is not cheap.

I was nervous about staying because I did not know much about the hotel. This place was super clean! So quiet and all my co workers complained about their 250 a night hotels because they were so noisy and not clean! Thank you so much! My only suggestion would be to make your micro market more conducive for travelers. There were no meals, no ice cream, no meds…I would have spent money in there had you had items available. Chips soda and water is minimum. The stafff was friendly and always upbeat! I always felt safe alone. Appreciate the stay!

Me and my sister love Debbie the bartender she is awesome awesome She helped us find restaurants Anything we needed put it this way if it wasn’t for her I think I wouldn’t have had a good time. She was funny. She made us laugh. Please never let Debbie go. She is awesome. And the other person we want to say thank you too was Kaitlyn The receptionist helped us a lot very nice pleasant to work with. Was there in the morning and every night for us.thank you so much and again we love Debbie.!!!!!!!!! again, I tell you she was the best she worked from 3 to 11 and I swear I was waiting for her. Awesome awesome awesome👏👏👏

I believe her name was Rolisha, it rhymes with Felicia, she was my front desk attendant and she did a superb job!! She was so nice and kind and helpful. Despite, some of the arriving guests being impatient, she was so pleasant and has outstanding PR, public relations skills, and customer service. I was in rm # 1110, and stayed from April 3-5th! She was so great, I had to give her a hug when I checked out!! In this world of hateful people, she just stood out and was so kind and did her job so well!!!

The parking, if they could offer parking passes at a lower rate would be great and the security deposit is way too high for people coming to enjoy themselves in NOLA.

Room was larger than I expected and was very comfortable. The hotel appearance was new and clean overall. Breakfast options were sufficient and well-stocked. Room was quiet especially considering close proximity to popular tourist attractions.

Internet was choppy as my room was located in a corner of the hotel. Some mild staining of bedding and in washroom remained after cleaning, which is more of an issue with maintenance/repair/replacement rather than cleanliness. Check in wait was very long as it appears front desk was understaffed. Only one soap bar for both showering and handwashing, and only complimentary shampoo offered (no conditioner).

really nice property right next to a covered parking garage! it’s not theirs but right at same price for less distance to car! pay with tag number and car was secure! walking distance to every thing you want to do! casinos and river front shopping 10 minute walk and so is french quarter about 15 minute walk! safe neighborhood! great little restaurant and cafes and 2 block’s from original cafe for Beignet
