Clean, comfortable

Told the virtual concierge about the ceiling fan in the room that wasn’t working. Stayed there 4 days and it never was repaired. Don’t think the sheets were actually changed. There was a bug, hair, and a small blood stain on the sheets.

Nice property - close walk to Bourbon street and Superdome. Huge rooms - living room/kitchen. Liked that second bedroom had a door directly into the bathroom. Adequate kitchen supplies. No spices to cook. Very limited dishes. Only one dish towel Primary bedroom - need blackout curtains. Only reason didn’t rate excellent. The front facade of the building is lit up at night. Along with other buildings. Only has mini blinds and it was like sleeping with the lights on. Awful. Also extremely loud. Trolley runs right next to property. We were on the end of the building next to it. It was so loud - like being in NYC and sleeping next to the subway. Virtual assistant Jezze (sp?) was wonderful. So pleasant and helpful.

Easy checkin. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Floors outside the apartment (in the hallways) are pretty worn out. Although I believe they are in the process of replacing.

This property is in the perfect location , easy access to the trolley buses .There are plenty of bars and restaurants within the immediate area.The apartment was clean and we felt the access system to the building/apt was excellent . We can’t comment on the staff as there aren’t any, just a virtual receptionist, though we were given a contact number should we need to speak to an actual person,

It would have been helpful to have a kettle to boil water and the cutlery drawer could do with replenishing, but nothing we couldn’t work around.

It was a very nice apartment. Had all the amenities we needed and more.

Disliked · The check-in instructions were a little confusing. You’re told you’ll meet a person and a virtual concierge, but I never saw the front desk person and the virtual concierge wasn’t working. We figured out that we can just go into our room and check in from there. Also, the remotes to the smart tv’s in the bedrooms didn’t work. It said to use a trash chute, but we had no idea where that was.

We loved the accommodation.

There were no tea towells, dishwaher tablets, washing machine tablets (we enquired and there was none because of problems at the wharf). Only 2 spoons, not 4. The chair on the balcony left black marks all over our shorts from the seat. The ceiling fan needs fixing in the main bedroom.

The apartment was spacious. Really loved the high ceilings and balcony was a bonus. Felt very comfortable, location was great.

I was a bit confused on the parking, thought it was included. Once we found the garage down the street it was fine, just a quick walk.

Some of the bathroom fixtures and trash can were rusted and need replacing. A little mold on the bathroom tiles could use some attention.

It was spacious and clean. It was a great, central location and we were able to access both the French quarter and garden district easily by streetcar. It felt safer than some airbnbs I have rented. Check in and out were easy.

We stayed 9 nights in a 2BR/2BA apt 310. It’s a nice modern unit in a cool old building and in a great location. We could easily walk to some great museums, the French Quarter, Canal street, the waterfront, restaurants, a supermarket etc. Also close to streetcar and bus stops. Comfortable beds. both bedrooms have a TV. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of natural light. Good WiFi and plenty of convenient outlets.

No drawers in one of the bedrooms. The bedside stand was broken off in the other one. The seating in the living room (a sofa and a kind of directors chair that leans back) isn’t comfortable at all. We padded it with bed pillows. TV’s can randomly come on or change channels when someone from another apartment uses their remote, which can be unnerving.🙂 Wish they included housekeeping for longer stays. Also, bed pillows need some inspection and cleaning.
