The location of the hotel is excellent, it is situated within 5mins of walking distance to patong beach. The hotel is really convenient as there is massage shops and restaurants right on the first floor, near by 711 is probably just 2-3 mins walk away. The hotel is more of like a traditional Thai style which I really like, the rooms may be simple decorated but it's really quiet which allows you to have a peaceful sleep at night. The swimming pool looks really great, would look forward to my next stay with a pool access room. Definitely return to this hotel again!

The room was clean and spacious, with good air-conditioning and a safe. The hotel has an in-house massage facility which is excellent and clearly professional and above-board. The interiors are old Thai style, in wood and stone, with art and sculpture around, which adds great atmosphere. The staff are lovely. For the price, this is a great place to stay - quiet, but an easy walk to Pathong Beach.

The mattresses were uncomfortably hard and there was no top sheet, just a duvet and bottom sheet, which was impractical in the heat - need a top sheet! The balcony was not useable - dirty, overlooking a backyard that looked like a filthy construction site. The bathroom needs a facelift - beautiful decorative tiling, but a chipped bath, old, no shower curtain, so the whole bathroom floor got wet with every shower. It was clean.

The location and the staffs. Foods served at the restaurant are great.

The damp smell of my room. A lot of stains on the pillow cover and blanket and the bed's overhead board. (Though they changed the pillow cover right away).

Excellent location if you want to be close to the action and nightlife. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Typical Thai friendliness and smiles. Definitely great value for money comparatively. Lovely gardens, pool and ambience.I was very worried about the poor WI-FI signal according to the comments, but there was no problem

The furniture and fittings are worn and need maintenance or renovation.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Absolutely no problems with the cleanliness. The hotel had all the facilities as described. We sat for hours chatting with some of the staff. The adjoining massage place is really good and well priced

I'd just recommend ear plugs if you want an early night. That's not the hotels fault though just Patong :)

Very good location, excellent employee service, and quick resolution of any issues encountered. The toilet leaked and immediately helped me change my room. A great experience. There is a beautiful swimming pool in the yard.

The staff were amazing went out of their way to help me check in at 12:30 am because my bus was delayed and helped me book excursions for that same day later in the morning would definitely stay here again.

I loved everything about this hotel. Clean room. Excellent location. Restaurant facilities but more than anything the friendly, helpful staff. 10/10 for everything. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that I had to leave. I will definitely be returning before the end of the year.
