I liked the staff. I appreciated the woman in front that checked us in. She was great with people, helpful and was personable.

Part of the reason why I booked with this hotel was the fact that they had a pool. We didn’t very well and forgot our swim clothes so we went out and bought a whole bunch of new ones. My son and mom was ready soon after we checked in and I saw them again a few minutes later saying the pool was not open. A major bummer this was. I thought to myself… so not only are you not serving breakfast due to Covid when the restaurant no more than a hundred feet away is willy nilly serving folks and partying like it’s 2018, your pool is also closed. If both are true, then you should stop charging people like you have both. You’re not offering the same value you used to and still charging customers the same rate.

The price was good. The check-in was easy. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable! The pillows were great. The environment was quiet. We felt safe.

I wasn't aware of the cash $100 deposit required. Somehow, I missed that and normally wouldn't have that amount of cash on me. I did appreciate the fact that this deposit meant I got my cash back immediately upon check out and didn't have to wait 4 days to get it back in my card. Smart thinking on their part.

the location is great, near interstate 8 right by SDSU, we traveled in for a concert at Snapdragon Stadium and were able to take the trolley from Grantville Station to and from the venue.

Rooms are clean and well kept, however with these hotels that have heavy carpets they can keep smells.

I like the location and the continental breakfast. I’m not sure if they still do it, but I loved it when they did. They made sure to fulfill my request of downstairs room on front side of the motel. It is a clean hotel, but could use a few upgrades.

The outdated rooms could use a bit of a facelift.

Accommodation from staff, really easy to approach and gave a fast response from questions I had, , any issues and or concerns that I had.

Information about water heater not working so no how water available. I was Informed after i booked and it’s non refundable. I just wished it was a faster fix with the water heater cus I endured 2 days of cold water

The room was fine. I slept well and the room was clean.

The facility is old and for me having bad knees an elevator would have been nice. Also because of the age of the building, parking was tight.

Comfortable bed clean . Coffee maker fridge and microwave good. Lighting is good Quiet and safe . next to a very Good BBQ restaurant walking distance. Del's Hideout

the toilet made a lot of noise and didn't fill up with water after you flushed it. the toilet also looked very old the shower leaked a lot and the water pressure was low. the TV lost its single and unable to watch.

The office staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Our room was worn-out, the bed frame wobbled, no phone guide when we needed to call front desk, trash and litter outside

This was such a great value. We just needed a place to stay overnight by the school that was safe and clean and quiet, but not expensive, and this was all those things.

Really nothing.

It was very clean and the shower water pressure was strong. The initial front desk staff and housekeeping staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Overall a quiet experience and easy to find parking daily.

There was a lingering to strong scent of cigarette smoke in the room, coming through the cooler unit, the first two days we were there. At check out, the front desk staff was rude and condescending, he wasn’t much for hospitality.
