Everyone was very professional and friendly. I will come back again and stay at this hotel. Every time I needed something Olivia was texting me during our stay and met our needs. Very good staff. Very over all comfortable stay.

Our coffee pot was a tiny bit dusty but I let Olivia know and she sent someone right up to clean it. Very lovely lady btw. She was very helpful and sweet. She cleaned it and gave it back to us right away. The jacuzzi bubbles don’t stay on. Please get this fixed and I will always come back. Very enjoyable.

The location was convenient for our needs. The rooms were clean.

Parking in the evening hours was difficult to find. We had to park in the lot for the mall above the hotel. The bathrooms downstairs in the lobby area were nasty and in need of cleaning. We also had 2 bags with souvenirs taken out of our room, and could not be located. I filled out a claims form, but haven't heard anything yet.

We liked that our room was close to the entry way. It was a very nice room with lovely, crisp white bedding.

Our room was next to the gym and both mornings someone was using the treadmill before 6am. The noise woke and kept us up much too early. Not happy that breakfast wasn't included. I just stayed at another HGI in Bend, OR. Breakfast was included so I assumed it would be at this one too.

Very nice room and helpful staff. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is $20 for the buffet which is your average breakfast fare. A bit pricey for what you get but that is to be expected in a hotel restaurant. I could hear the highway a bit from my room, but not when the a/c was running. Overall my stay was relaxing and the hotel itself was comfortable and quiet.

The only challenge I had was with the hotel restaurant. They do not offer room service but if you call in an order they are supposed to call your room to tell you the food is ready so you can walk down to pick up your order. However the restaurant wrote down the wrong room number and I never got a call. When I called to see what happened the hotel staff was apologetic, helpful, and polite. They made sure I was not charged for food I never received.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. I also really enjoyed the closeness to the freeways and various shops.

The rooms could use some updating and there was a heavy scent of cigarette smoke in my room when I arrived but I was unable to open the window to vent the room due to my window missing it’s screen.

Overall good experience. First time hotel and close to lots of foods!

The overnight parking. I already paid for the hotel. Why an additional fee ($16 per night). Unfair, in my opinion.

Overall it was very clean. I've seen more staff then a 5 star resort.

Clean but not clean. Room was super clean. Restroom clean. But... as I uncovered the sheet there was dust strand with hair. I assumed it went in by accident so I cleaned it myself and slept. Reason I didn't call the guest service because everything else was very clean so I didn't want to make an issue out of it.

Wish pillows were memory foam and not down alternative- went completely flat. The curtains surprising let in a lot of light. Would have been much happier with true blackout, hotel curtains
