Everyone was extremely attentive and attuned to our happiness and comfort. The pool area is a great place to relax and get some gentle exercise. The dinner we had was superb. Among the excellent staff, Eventy stood out as an exceptionally gracious and humane person. I hope you know what a gem you have in her. She goes beyond politeness and efficiency to really care for people.

Bathrooms were old and outdated and didn’t feel super clean

I was a little bummed that the picture shows the Jacuzzi and and there was no Jacuzzi

The place was clean and accessible to everything such as restaurants and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They tried to make your accommodation as comfortable as possible.

- The breakfast was not adequate and too pricy. I would try to go outside there are plenty places near by for breakfast. - The cleaning staff forgot to clen our room one day despite letting the front-desk know about it in the morning. - The only clean your room every other day if you plan to stay longer than a day.

The staff is absolutely incredible. Everyone we encountered in our 4 days was helpful, friendly, kind, and professional . The staff is what stands out at this hotel. The location is also great. Other than Legoland, we drove no more than a few miles to every activity. The location felt very safe as well. The pool was great, clean, and spacious. The breakfast buffet looked yummy. We opted to buy breakfast sandwiches at the local Target and heat them up in the lobby microwave for an easy grab and go. Fillipes, less than a mile away, is a great place to pick up a pizza after a long day.

We wish breakfast was included.

Clean and comfortable room

Front desk employee was a trainee and took half hour to check in after a long international flight. The printer was not working when urgently needed and even after asking for help to fix it and waiting for a hour, the fronf desk employee didn't care and was rudely turning away his face when I tried to contact.

I liked Marisa who found my reservation despite it being input wrong. My car had trouble and she comped my parking fee which was SO NICE because I had to replace the alternator. I liked it was close to the airshow. I liked the fluffy pillows and there were a lot of them. I like it was close to lots of good restaurants.

There wasn't anything I didn't like

Only had coffee and pastry but service was good; nice pool. Chose this hotel for balcony and location.

There were 3 of us in room but only two chairs on the Balcony and only 2 face cloths a couple of days; housekeeping brought us more so it was ok. All the personnel were pleasant and helpful. No complaints!

The bed was very hard. The pillow was just clumps of stuffing. Was very noisy, and I was woken up at 4:30 in the morning by activities in the other room, and was unable to return to sleep due to noise. Also, I’m handicapped and I was directed to an elevator that was not in service and had to walk a long way to another elevator.

I visited friends that live in the condo complex (nearly) next door, so having parking and walking access to them was critical! Location really works for my purposes.

I would love if parking could be something awarded for frequent customers. Maybe one out of every 5 stays gets free parking? Otherwise I have no complaints.
