The apartment was a short walk to the airport in a quiet part of the town. With kitchen facilities it meant we could self cater and come and go when we liked. There is the option to have breakfast if you want it. There is a lovely garden round the back and the owner was very helpful with extras if we needed them once we communicated through Google translate.

It was advertised as having a sitting room with two extra sofa beds as well as a double and single bed, which was not the case. There was a double bed and a single bed with a pull out bed underneath in one bed room. It also said we had a door leading out to the garden which also was not true. There was a knack to getting hot water which would have been good to have as instructions from the onset. We did have a lovely stay as we had a bed each despite being cramped in one room and it was just a base for us to explore Italy but we did feel we had been promised something that we didn’t get.

Comfortable bed and breakfast booked because it is a 15 minutes walk from Pisa airport. Probably about the same to Pisa Centrale. Typical Italian style. I think I got the last available room which turned out to be a very spacious ground floor 1 bed apartment. It looked like it may have been a conversion for a relative. Very comfortable large double bed (aswell as a single). Large shower room with the best shower I have ever had in this sort of accomodation. Super power. Large sitting room/dinner/kitchen. Not sure that it was supposed self catering but it could have been. That's a question to ask the owner if you're interested.Check-in was smooth and pleasant. A garden could be used - lots of chairs and loungers (and a pet rabbit !). Access to free water (sparkling and still) from the garden room where breakfast was served. I didn't have breakfast because of flight time but I could have had it early if I had wanted. Airport noise did not disturb me. Definitely worth considering.

This is old villa so visitors must accept it

1. 10 min walk from the airport 2. 15 min walk to the central train station 3. 25 min walk to the leaning tower of Pisa 4. The nearby La Paradesia pizzeria makes the best Italian pizza with reasonable prices 5. A big supermarket is only 7 min walk away 6. Beautiful, clean, big, and comfy room with a big clean bathroom (bidet is available there as well with a hairdryer) 7. Fabio was really nice to us, the check in was so fast within 5 minutes of our arrival 8. We asked for a late check out and we were granted it with no extra fees (left at 2 pm) 9. Beautiful spacious garden to eat and sit 10. There was some bunnies playing in the garden wgich our 3 year old daughter enjoyed and loved so much 11. Although we didn't have the breakfast included, Fabio was kind enough to offer us the access to coffe machines and hot beverages for no extra cost 12. Beautiful dining area looking over the garden, and full access to the kitchen with our own shelf in the fridge 13. The room always smelled so nice 14. A crib for our daughter was available free of extra charge 15. Very nice quite area with no noise at night, so we had a very good night sleep 16. The bus station is literally across tge small street in case you need it, but we walked to every part of the city on foit as it is so close to the center 17. We visited Firenze and Cinqueterre, and spent the whole day in each of them, then came back to our hotel, and this is the best arrangement as hotels there are very expressive. Train tickets are much cheaper and the train trip is only 1 hour in each direction. We definitely recommend this beautiful place and we would love to go back there.

1. Heat an AC are for extra fees but the weather was perfect so we did not need any 2. I wish if we got fresh towels every other day or so. I am sure if we asked we would've got them anyway, but we often left in early morning and came back at night.

It is mid way between the airport and Central Pisa train station which means that one can walk to airport and into town. Situated in a nice quiet area. Host kindly had organised a transfer to airport but as it was a nice morning, we walked. We had coffee and croissants for breakfast in a lovely garden room at the back looking out to a nice garden. Room was like a movie set .....really historic and old.

The host seems to only have Italian so when messages where been sent ...... Goggle translate was used. He did give very clear instructions and pictures to help us gain entry to the Villa as we arrived on a Saturday.

It is near the airport and the railway station. everything is like in the photos. the rooms are like from an ancient castle. great yard and open space for cooking where you can stay as long as you want. the breakfast consist of coffee, juice, croissants and some cookies and yogurt, but if you want you can buy what you need from the supermarket which is nearby.

Rooms are awesome, the location is perfect if you don't want too much hassle to reach the train station or the airport (literally 15 min walk to reach both), it's very quite and the staff is super friendly (I've requested a special breakfast and it was great). And the villa is absolutely beautiful, 100% recommended

The location was very convenient for staying near to the airport. The self check in was very easy and the host sent clear instructions. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Great place to stay to get to airport and train station.

Basic room but that wasn't a negative as the price was great. Would have loved a bottle of water as we arrived late but found a burger shop nearby that was open til midnight. No other negatives. Great value.

I was very happy to come back to Pisa since many years left. Actually, I preferred to stay in a small family hotel with a private parking no so far from down town Pisa and outside of the Zone Traffic Limitation in Pisa. Finally, I succeed in that, and the hosts of the Hotel were very friendly extended by their kind hospitality, the help and the assistance.

Just a smooth note, I prefer the living room would be warm a little inside (in November).
