The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful - we arrived late, were weary from the long drive (and horrible traffic earlier that day), and just ready to crash, but his easy-going personality made us feel "at home" and chat a little bit (and I'm not one for "small talk"). He knew our special needs (my husband is quadriplegic) and saw that a closer handicap room was available, and went to check/inspect it to make sure it was clean and ready for use. . The complimentary breakfast was yummy! Great assortment, and love the fact that they offered healthier versions such as egg white omelets AND turkey sausages (we don't eat pork)!!!! . The overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Our room was very spacious for hubby's wheelchair and shower chair to maneuver easily; well-appointed (Dove hand wash, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash!!!!) and clean (I'm a clean freak), and the bed was superrrrrrrrr comfortable!!!! All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back if we're in the area again.... and will definitely be staying at Holiday Inns whenever we travel now!

Not really a "dislike", but just an FYI re. the handicap bathroom. The chrome hand-held shower head was heavy for my husband to hold.

Very comfortable bed and the kids enjoyed the pool. Easy location with plenty of options for dinner.

Breakfast was a little chaotic, but over all good. The front desk staff seemed to want to be anywhere else but there.

Location was great. There were restaurants near by and very easy on/off to freeway. The parking was super easy, we were pulling a trailer and there was plenty of room for us. Also, the breakfast was easy and had something for the whole group to eat.

The only complaint I have was the kids running up and down the halls at 7 am - but that was not the hotels issue. More of a parenting problem

The location was great, not too far from the highway. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was great! Beautiful room, large, nice amenities in the room. The bed was comfortable, loved that the floor had carpet instead of laminate. The bathroom was beautiful. The breakfast was good, the variety was great, seating was sufficient, and it was well supplied.

It would have been nice if we could have adjusted the a/c unit to where the fan would be on constantly for white noise. We set the thermostat fairly low, but we couldn't figure a way to have the fan on constantly. Other than that, the room and the facility were great!

Cleanliness is the most appealing to me. The fans in the bathroom and room are very quiet . I was not able to hear the flushing of toilets nor any shower noises from other hotel rooms which is a plus!

The guests from upstairs were jumping and bouncing balls which woke me up at 7:30am on Saturday.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We stayed here during Covid and really appreciated how clean and spacious the rooms are. The location is easy to access from the freeway and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was great for this type of hotel.

I would have liked some bacon. Could hear other guests sometimes if they were very loud.

This time our room had a 'fainting couch' rather than a traditional couch and coffee table that we have had in the past several times we have stayed. Didn't care for that as it is not supportive / comfortable to sit on. Also, I wish that your property honored the Genius level discounts through Booking.com. I like to go to your properties first, but am getting to the point where the discount helps me save so look at other properties now instead.

Yummy standard continental breakfast items plus pancakes! :) Close to shopping and highway. Nice new area.

Room doors close very loudly so you can hear neighbors coming and going. Water pressure could be better.

I ate breakfast two of the three days I stayed at the hotel. I have no complains. The food was warm, delicious & so glad your company has taken the stance of sanitation first & foremost.
