All the basic standards were met - Clean room, Tea/Coffee, Privacy and very helpful with local taxi services. Gino and his staff are excellent hosts and made me feel most welcome. I arrived off an early flight and they made a huge effort to get me into my room before the official check in time (12:00). My outbound flight was a late flight and again they allowed me to extend for a few extra hours in my room. Generally, when they can go a little further for the Guest - they do! I got home made cookies on arrival too! How good is that!!

Staff were very friendly and I was made to feel welcomed as soon as I arrived, Nice big room and a very comfortable bed, TV was great with loads of Channels to choose from.

Very little to report on, my only criticisms would be the on having wood laminate floors - as these make a lot of noise when people in the other rooms are moving around, and also there was traffic noise from the main road to the rear of the house.

Simple stay. Last night in the UK before heading to the airport. The location allowed me to fill up the rental car at Sainsburys and do some last minute shopping before my flight. Shower fine, room small but good for one person as described

Due to the layout and the building, the rooms can be a bit noisy. The showering upstairs and then the other guests leaving in the morning to catch their flight. I would stay again - just take earplugs if you're a light sleeper

The room was very spacious and had everything I needed including a fridge with fresh milk, tea and coffee, hairdryer etc. Most importantly it was quiet so I was able to get a good night's sleep. Door is locked with a key so felt safe as a lone female. Plenty of parking and local amenities within a short drive.

It wasn't an issue for me but for a bigger person it would have been the bathroom was very small.

I needed decaffeinated coffee - a new jar was there. I hope others can use what's left so it's not wasted. There was plenty of milk in the fridge, not these fiddly UHT pots that some hotels provide. There are coat hooks so coats are separate from other clothes. The room was at a comfortable temperature so I was able to sleep really well. The large rug was luxurious and pleasant to walk on. There is generous and level gravel on the driveway and car park.

For my particular requirements,location,vicinity to local stores and especially public transport were very much appreciated.Beautiful parks nearby,simply a great place to relax and enjoy nature as well!

My stay was too short!Will definitely be back!There is simply nothing that I did not like.I can only strongly recommend this place to all my friends who love travelling,enjoying beautiful and at the same time reasonably priced accommodation!

An excellent room for a short business trip to Gatwick. I stayed in one of the rooms in the detached bungalow rather than the main house, and this had the advantage of access to a shared kitchen with microwave and fridge. The room was very clean and comfortable, and had a strong and reliable WiFi connection for business communication in the evenings. Gino is a very welcoming host/owner and was at great pains to make sure that I was comfortable throughout the stay. Thank you!

I can't think of anything to improve! Parking was free and easy to access, the property is no more than ten minutes away from Manor Royal, and the room was comfortable and quiet with an ensuite shower/toilet.

I first stayed at the Da Vinci Guesthouse in 2020, and I returned there 3 years later for a short break. The whole house and its grounds have been completely refurbished and transformed and on arrival, it looks extremely inviting. The bedrooms are clean, spacious and modern with elegant furnishings and soft lighting. The double bed was very comfortable and the addition of a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities in the room, was much appreciated. The Da Vinci Guesthouse is situated in Ifield Green, which is a very quiet, rural and leafy area of Crawley, so a good night's sleep is certainly guaranteed. The house offers easy access into Crawley town centre via the number 2 bus or just a short drive, and is well-placed for Gatwick Airport. Gino, the owner of the property, is extremely helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. There is ample parking and there are 2 local pubs within walking distance. Very highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, so there was nothing at all that I didn't like.

The room was fresh, modern and very clean. First time staying in guest house and this room did not disappoint, the newly fitted shower [bathroom facilities] where excellent and I had a very good nights sleep - comfortable and quiet!! Host asked if milk was needed for the room, received a fresh mini-jug of milk. The simple personal touches made the stay very pleasant and the recommendations from Gino for Evening meal and breakfast proved valuable and very helpful.
