this was my 5th visit to this hotel, i was given the room 510 that i requested when i booked , they up dated alot of the plants around the pool, and decks while i was there, as well as some new chairs, and extra umbrellas at some of the tables.

since i was there for 7 weeks, i did ask if i could have a small refrigerator in my room, but said there were none available, but i knew they did, as i had spoken to a customer who, was there for only a few days, did get one, but perhaps they had taken one out of a room, that they hadnt rented out for that period.

I don’t think this property is ranked properly. First, all the staff is not only polite but very courteous. From the front desk to the house keeping, everyone is helpful and nice. Second, the property is kept clean, very clean as possible. People need to understand that it’s an older building but that should not be held against the property, since it’s a well kept older building. Lastly it’s not the Ritz, but it lacks in nothing, and for the price, you can’t go wrong.

Location, location, location. This hotel is right in the center of Zona Romántica, next to the clubs, the restaurants, the bars, street food vendors, boutiques. A couple of blocks from the farmer's market on saturdays. I had an amazing time, staff was always helpful and kind, with an authentic honest smile.

My stay was great

I did not like the fact that you did not allow any visitors not my mom, my grandma or any family members to visit me during my 4 day stay. The worst part is this is not disclosed before my reservation only during and after check-in. First time ever I had this happen. Will not recommend staying at the Hasendia.

this was my 3rd time staying here, love the location, the staff are friendly, they were always working around the building doing spruce ups, and general maintenance. they cleaned the pool every morning i was there for 6 weeks, they were always cleaning the floors, my room was always well cleaned and little touches of like having the towels in a design, toilet paper roll with a cute paper fold.

Great location, with many restaurants and bars within 2 blocks and the beach about 5. Helpful, friendly staff. Nice little pool. Comfy beds. Good to have a fridge.

Location, it’s on the main road through PV and next to a cabaret bar, so rooms at the front are VERY noisy at all hours. Our first night in room 305 was hell - at the front, next to cabaret - avoid. Much quieter once we moved pool side.

The pressure in the shower was amazing, like a massage shower. Which is rare anywhere in Mexico. We got a really poor room to start with, but upgraded, and got a supercute one instead. The guy at the counter was really nice to us too.

The shower was a little clogged, and when we left in a hurry the girl at the reception had me run back to our room to get the towels. Considering an Uber was outside waiting and the rush of the situation, she could have said they would get them when cleaning the room. Other than that its a great spot for the price. But you need to know the rooms, to get the good ones 😘

Close to great restaurants, gay nightlife, and the beach. Nice hot water and pressure for a great shower. Super helpful staff. Definitely will stay here on future visits.

Can't expect a super quiet and spacious hotel from these awesome boutique hotels. Little noise , small room... No problem, Still a very comfortable. Stay.

The Hotel is very modest for the price I paid, but the commodity of the location was good, very close to the gay commercial area(bars, discos, etc). On Related to the price is was high for the room, since it had no AC, and it may be hot in summer time. The Staff was very helpful and with great costumer service. I would stay there the next time if is winter time. There is no elevator, so get ready to go upstairs with luggage, etc.
