It was right in Kittery next to the Trading Post, you could walk to it.

The pool area was cold you could feel cold air blowing, grant it, it was freezing outside but you would think they would turn the heat on in there. I booked my room for 3 adults for a 2 night stay and they left enough towels & wash cloths for only 2 adults for one use. I had to ask for more which is aggravating and the lady at the desk had suggested I could hang them & re use them, ahhh that’s a big fat NO. Our room was on the back side of the building and you could hear the traffic from the turnpike but it gets tuned out after a while. One great thing is we couldn’t hear people next to us or above us which is great. The breakfast was fantastic.

The breakfast was good nice selection and the rooms were nice beds were comfortable liked there was bodywash,shampoo,conditioner in the bathroom and the pool was great the water was so nice and warm we really enjoyed the pool even tried the weight room.Ashley at the front desk was sooo nice. Hotel was very clean and smelled so fresh.Really liked having coffee down in the lounge was a very nice touch.

The only thing I really didn't like to much was the bathroom door was very heavy to slide open and close can't imagine older people or little kids trying to open and close nice touch though but maybe door doesn't have to be so heavy.

The room was very clean! We had all the hot water we needed for the shower. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was a good bonus! My daughter loved the salt water pool. Although the pool room was too cold for me(11/29-12/1), the pool water was very warm. They were very accommodating. And we loved the fact they are pet friendly since we brought our dog. Thank you!!!

Excellent hot and cold breakfast, gym, bed, friendly, helpful staff. Heard no noise when in room. Appreciate being allowed to bring dog and being given first-floor room close to pet area. Rooms are large and nicely equipped. Good wifi. Great Location in beautiful town on water with stunning views, beautiful historic homes, good restaurants and outlet shopping. Upscale historic Portsmouth, NH is 10 miles south.

I can’t think of anything that is missing. You can relax knowing you will be well-accommodated.

Location was great for shopping, excursion to Portsmouth, excellent nearby restaurant (Roberts). Breakfast was nice with fresh fruit. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean

Bed was a bit soft for me but this is a matter of personal preference

The room was spacious and well stocked with all our needs. The TV was large and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast that was included with our room was beyond the best breakfast I have ever gotten at a hotel before. Bacon eggs potatoes waffles that you could dress up with syrups and whipped cream (in which I added those toppings to my coffee :]) breads and yogurts fresh fruit. It was all very great. They also had fresh baked cookies the night before when we booked in that my daughter was over the moon about. Will definitely be looking for these hotels in any other towns I visit.

Pet fee of 75 dollar US that I was not aware of until arrival. Was told that an email had been sent to me that morning letting me know but as an international travel my phone was turned off for email after I left my present location in the morning to travel the long drive to Kittery.

The hotel was close enough to Jenness beach and marginal way, also close to Hampton Beach. From a restaurant perspective, it was also very close to Portsmouth .

I used the laundry facility once and while the front desk did provide change, she omitted to provide me with detergent.

Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff esp front desk who were very helpful and sympathetic in helping to locate my forgotten iPad

Left my iPad, manager did not get back to me for 3 days and hadn’t even looked into it. Very frustrating and disappointing. Furthermore, the hotel would not ship it even when I assured them I would insure it!

Lovely room with a comfortable king size bed, two couches and more. Very nice and also quiet even though we were across from two main roads. Front desk was delightful- kind and helpful. Decent hot breakfast offered

Had to be the smallest, shallowest pool I have seen in quite awhile. Room was on the pricier side.
