We loved the space available to us and the lovely grassed areas.

The place was a little run down, needs some maintenance in the bathrooms. Not that it is the villa/hosts issue but there is a foul smell when you enter.

I can’t express enough how disappointed I am with this villa. First of all, me and my friend had booked this villa 2 months in advance. A few weeks before arriving we had to pay for the full payment and there was no warning that there was an ongoing construction going on. Upon arrival, we found out that the pool was dirty (I think there was poop). The cleaner came right away which is good. We booked this villa for 6 days and on the third day we left the villa due to the very loud construction noise. Not to mention, there is no privacy….the contractors could literally see us right into our villa from next door. We felt very uncomfortable. Couldn’t even use the pool to swim due to this. The constructors were also very loud….they would sing out loud in the morning along with the loud hammer and drilling noise. On the last day, they told us we could come back because there was no construction so we did, but actually, there was still construction but they just lowered the noise. So we asked if we could get an extension since we did not stay for the other two days but they did not allow us. We couldn’t even request a late check out which is unbelievable!!! Very dissatisfied with the service of this villa!!! Also, the walkway towards the villa is very sketchy…we have to go through some random people's houses. It’s kinda scary to go in and out of this villa, especially at night. Not recommended at all!!!!

I made a mistake by not reading the fine print about construction at the villa next door - that's on me. However, I booked this trip to celebrate my wife and father's birthdays, planning special, relaxing days at the villa. Unfortunately, this was impossible due to loud, heavy construction work. There was no privacy and constant noise. Although the notice mentioned construction from Monday to Saturday, workers were also drilling and hammering on Sunday - so their description is incorrect. I asked management for a minimal partial refund and to help us find a new place, but they were unwilling to support or offer any solution – very sad. This turned into a massive negative experience with no compensation and also not even a birthday acknowledgment for my family. Additionally, no late check-out was offered despite our bad experience, and they wanted to charge 50% extra for a few more hours. On top of all this, there was no hot water, leaking air conditioners, and the villa itself had no personality or soul – it was just concrete. We rented a car and informed the villa manager beforehand. Upon arrival, the person welcoming us was surprised and said we had to pay 50K per day for parking on the road, a 2-minute walk from the villa. On the second day, one of the laundry staff put stones below the car, since where the villa manager asked us to park was their parking space. The stones caused scratches and minor damages to our rented car. Despite their screw up, they still asked us to pay the 50K per day for parking – what a joke. I will never book with Hombali again. There was no individual customer service, and no one was willing to support us. Overall, a very sad experience dealing with them.
