The hotel is excellent located. A 5-10 min. walk to the ADO bus terminal (buses to other cities and the airport) and 2 minutes from the next supermarket and the bus stop for local public transport within cancun (beaches...). The first room I was quartered in had a funny smell (humidity), so they moved me to another room without any complication. The room was good for my two-day stay and since I needed nothing from them I had no problems with the front-desk. I add this, because some people commented on that. I just noted, that the front-desk staff was always busy with something and didn't pay much attention to me comming in or leaving, No problem for me though! Beside one time I always had hot water. They agreed, to store my luggage at my last day (some ppl commented here they would refuse to do it).

The hotel is a bit dated, but it was fine for me. It really depends on what you expect and are used to. What I really can't understand is, how the hotel is not having a sufficient amount of clothes hangers. I travelled alone, but you could have booked the room for up to three people. When I asked for more hangers they told me, "there should be two in your room", like that could possibly be anywhere near the amount a traveller needs for his clothes (or even three travellers). There is a safe inside the 60-70 cm narrow closet, which I didn't use. But the installation of the safe is just stupidly where your clothes would be supposed to hang (if there were enough hangers). One afternoon i haven't had hot water.

Staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable with a good shower. Great location, close to the main markets and public transports. Supermarket next door, along with a wonderful taco truck. Enjoyed staying here so much that I returned at a later date.

The double room is quite big and so is the bathroom. Furniture is comfortable, bed is firm for a good night sleep. It has plenty of storage space. The location has great access to public transportation and within walking distance to many attractions downtown.

They have a plastic mattress protector under the sheets, and it felt like we were sleeping in a baby crib.

Very good location, supermarket and bus stops for Zona Hotelera next to the hotel. 5 min to the night market. Room was clean, with AC, hot water. towels. 10 min walking distance to ADO bus station.

My room was very spacious and very clean. The wifi was strong and the staff, welcoming. The hotel is an easy walk from the ADO station. I had only booked this as an overnight stay but would definitely book again.

Cleanliness and location. Excellent Value!!!! Sometimes there was hot water mostly just warm. Better than Grand Colonial ....

The front desk was not helpful The young man on the front desk is lazy. He spent all day and all evening playing on his social media accounts. I asked him to have the thorny bushes hanging over the front door entrance ramp cut. He did nothing so I broke off the longest branches myself so we could use the entrsnce ramp.

Location - I came back to the hotel for the location. There are the little buses to where I won't to go. Excellent farmacia next door - a huge plus for me. Grocery store. Same staff.

Great hotel, v central, 10 mins walk to ado bus station, friendly staff, huge bed, room quiet, great one night stay.

Rather short on electrical sockets. 2 in total, one by the sink, one totally hidden under a table! Other than that, no complaints.

Excellent location, right by large supermarket, restaurants and bus to the hotel zone. The room was large and comfortable with good aircon. Quality towels, comfortable bed and pillows.
