Great location, excellent neighborhood to walk in, nice pool, great lobby / dining room. The rooms were comfortable and air conditioned. thanks!

We had a 6am flight leaving from Cancun. It was unclear to me re: booking.com whether I could cancel my last reservation day. Turns out, I could not. The bus trip from Merida to Cancun is 4+ hrs and includes a time zone change, so we would have had to leave at midnight to get to the airport. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but don't book the last night through booking.com in Merida if you have to leave from Cancun early in the morning. Just an FYI for any future travelers.

The location and atmosphere is amazing!! Reymundo, the owner is always available when you need him. He is so hardworking and makes sure all your needs are met at all times. The service was just brilliant. Reymundo also helped us get a car after we got scammed by a car rental company at the airport. He truly made our trip so much better. My partner and I felt at home throughout our week long stay. The breakfast was healthy, served in large quantities and the yummiesttttt!!!! Kudos to the chef! This place exceeded all our expectations and we would definitely come back.

Everything was perfect!

The staff was so nice and so helpful, they treated us with so much respect and always trying to help us in any way possible. My wife and I were so happy with the variety of delicious breakfast, those breakfast were amazing. It's not a 5 star hotel but good enough for the price. Location was ok, walking distance to restaurants, to oxxo store to the ADO terminal bus station and to the bus stop for R1 and R2 routes.The last two buses R1 and R2 will take you to beaches and to those expensive hotels around the beach area.

The room was small, not enough tv channels, and some noise from people talking in the hallway and terrace area. We couldn't enjoy the balcony, there were so many mosquitoes.

The manager - (Reymundo) was very inviting and professional. He greeted me with a warm smile and took my luggages to my room upon arrival. He really ensured that my stay at Villa Antilope was a memorable experience and it really allowed me to share my experience with others and I am also looking forward to revisit in the future. The staff was also very warm and friendly and they treated me well. I think that everyone who visits should also request a full body massage from Villa Antilope massage therapist Flor Masajae. I highly reccommend these two persons.Thanks guys for a beautiful experience Blessings🙏

I couldn't access the Wifi by the pool area.

Villa Antilope is a family ran business where you can feel warmth and comfort through the homemade breakfasts and attentiveness of the owner. Who has many years of experience in the tourism/hotel industry. He is a charming man who offers excellent recommendations to get to know the local side of Cancun. I also loved our room view which faced a park and allowed you to witness exotic birds and insects. Check out Plaza Palapas which was a 15 minute walk.

There is nothing that was not enjoyed from my stay. Out of preference, I believe the mattress and pillows were very soft to my liking.

Clean and modern building in a nice quiet area but a short walk from downtown where all the life is. Room had a nice balcony with patio doors overlooking the park. Huge roof terrace to relax on with a dipping pool, lovely place to spend your time. Breakfast every morning was too notch, varied, big and delicious. Reymundo is an exceptional host, always preset on the property, very approachable and communicative. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We have never been taken care of with such thoughtfulness. Thank you so much for an amazing few days!

We liked the welcoming. The owners are very friendly and lovely. The room was simple but it has anything we needed. Breakfast also simple but we really didn't expect more since we really payed a little for one night. Breakfast is served in a nice terrace. The position for us was perfect. In the evening we went dinner to these park, suggested from the receptionist and we had delicious street food from some local kiosks. The park is 5 minutes walking from the apartment and the airport is also very close.

Villa Antilope is a nice place for a short stay straight in the city of cancun. There are a lot of shopping centers and supermarkets nearby. The staff is very friendly, available and made every morning fresh & tasty breakfast (from 8am- omelette, pancakes, fruits, …)

The building is a little bit old and dirty but for us it was no problem, because we only were there for sleeping :)

Breakfast was really good, it was different everyday. Chilaquiles, pancakes you name it! Staff were kind and helpful. Anytime we needed anything, they were able to help us out. The pool and terrace were very nice to enjoy in the evening.

The bed is not very comfortable

Location was very central to dining and nightlife but still quiet at night. Rooms were as described and a great value. Manager was very responsive via whatsapp.

Room could have been cleaner upon arrival. Some ants were also noticed in room.
