Absolutely loved everything about that hotel. Though room was small, it was very cosy & super clean. Bathroom was spacious and I liked that it had a window, so natural light was greeting us in the morning also in the bathroom (we stayed in delux room). Bed was really comfortable. Location was very good, found really nice wine places nearby. Also many good restaurants and shopping close. The staff was absolutely lovely and helpful in every way, prepared drinks for my quest on their arrival on my Birthday and complimentary B-Day champagne absolutely made our day 😍 One of the receptionist even offered to be our photographer and made few shoots with a polaroid camera he had - just something extra special. They made our stay in Paris beautiful, thank you!

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for me! A lot of attractions were a walking distance from the hotel and the nearby metro station enabled easy travel to the rest of Paris. I absolutely adored all of the reception workers, they made me feel very welcomed and were always very polite and happy. I forgot to ask the name of the receptionist who was working when I first arrived, I would love to extend a big thank you to her, she was great. The room was a very good size for me and I was especially surprised by the size of the bathroom. The AC worked very well the whole time I was there and kept the room cool.

I don’t have much to complain about, but there are a few things that would have made the stay even better. Some kind of notes that you could hang from the door handle, such as ”I’m sleeping, please don’t come in” or ”My room doesn’t need cleaning today” would have come in handy. Also some kind of hooks for hand/face towels next to the sink would have been great.

Comfortable hotel, nice room and good bed. Room was clean. Good customer service and willingness to resolve issues or follow up on requests. Good restaurant recommendations. Our Nespresso machine didn't work - staff came out straight away to replace it with a different Nespresso machine. Requests for more pods was no issue. The complimentary croissants in the lobby is a nice gesture from the hotel.

The first superior room that was allocated (404) didn't meet our expectations (too small for a superior room, probably as the larger bathroom counted towards the m2s) but this was resolved the next day.

Perfect location - beautiful, safe area, with lots of places of interest within walking distance. Also 5 mins away from metro station giving easy access to all areas of Paris. Comfortable, well-equipped room. Would definitely stay here again.

Work being done on hotel at time of stay. However, this in no way impacted my stay. Help was given with luggage, and work was done during the day when most guests are out exploring!

Easy to find. Warm welcome and reception extremely helpful - English spoken. Smallish but perfectly adequate-sized room. All clean, comfortable bed, and a very nice shower room - powerful. Good tv. Excellent breakfast aided by very nice assistant. Safe locality close to the Metro, bars & restaurants. Very good value. I would return.

Really modern, clean and nicely decorated rooms with really comfy beds.

Room was very small, however very common in Paris. Didn’t like that we had to retrieve ironing board/extra milk ourselves as the receptionists couldn’t leave the desk. They were very friendly though.

The location is excellent, the rooms are well designed, efficient and comfortable. This is a Paris city centre location, of course the rooms will be on the smaller side - the previous comments in this respect are harsh. The hotel staff are laid back and very pleasant. This is exactly what you want for a city break.

The location is perfect as it is right in the heart of the luxury shopping area. The rooms are a bit small, but very clean and the beds were very comfortable!

We only stayed for one night, so didn't experience the breakfast or anything. It would have been nice to have had separate shampoo & conditioner to the body wash - not an all in one!

It was by far one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in Europe till now . I usually hear that rooms in Paris are small but I booked the superior double room and it was excellent! Huge bathroom with bath, air conditioning worked really well all the time & there was hot water non stop that we really appreciated in this cold rainy December . It was a plus that they replaced the bottle of water daily, the coffee capsules, the sheets ! Staff was really friendly, they helped us with every need , more water, an umbrella every time we went out and different questions we asked 💯💯 I would definitely come back again and recommend the hotel to everyone planning on coming in Paris ..
