Comfortable studio with good sized balcony. Bathroom was spotless, cleaners came every day except Sunday, fresh towels and sheets every few days. Pool is lovely but not enough sun beds in the back pool but the pool bar was lovely and the guy running it was very friendly and made a great omelette!!

The kitchen area was very small and the cutlery and crockery very limited. Just about ok for basic breakfast and lunch !

Beautiful pool bar cafe. 2 nice pools. Balconies with fine view. Lovely flowers from the gardens as well as fruit and wine as a welcome. Meticulously clean. Excellent position with quiet street to the front but 2 mins walk to many restaurants and shops. 5 mins to the beach! Helpful staff.

Kitchen lacked chopping board and paring knife. Glasses odd sizes - all rather small. Teacups only no mugs! Cistern repair needed - and dealt with swiftly but could have been sorted prior to arrival. Bathroom on ground floor and stairs a bit tricky to see at night.

Super lovely and helpful staff. Good value for the money. Pools and garden is beautiful and rooms clean, spacious and beds were good to sleep. Every day cleaning so room is tidy all your stay there. Main road was just around the corner and to beach 5min walk. Everything was close so no need of car or taxi. Absolutely will go back again♥️

We were met by Spiros and shown to our suite, there was a small welcome pack waiting for us, a very nice and unexpected treat. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were frequently asked if there was anything more that we needed. The room was very clean and tidy with fresh linen and towels changed every couple of days, it wasn't necessary but a very nice touch. Elena couldn't have been more helpful, she had arranged our Taxi transfers both ways to the airport. Our original flight was cancelled and moved back one day with no explanation, (Poor show Ryanair) but Elena altered our date, no question. The perfect host... Elena, We'll be coming back again. Casa Maria is perfectly located, a short 4min walk from Platanias town, which suited us well, there are plenty of Supermarkets and Tavernas to choose from and the bus stop for Chania is the same 4min walk, well worth a visit. In all, a great choice. Mike & Jacky..

It was the beginning of May so the weather was changeable, not bad but would have been nice if it were warmer. Our choice though...

Lovely apartment hotel in a quiet area, just a short walk from the beach. Two nice swiming pools and nicely kept garden. Friendly and helpfull staff.

The internet capacity was not enough for a full house, ie sometimes very slow. Some more sunbeds next to the pools would be great.

Lovely place which was clean and tidy.

No coat hangers but this isn't really an issue but I don't want to live out of my suitcase.

We got a bigger apartment than we expected which was a nice surprise! The outside areas were lovely: great pool area and also garden with sunbeds. Everything was clean and comfortable. All in all, great value for money.

The staff were all super helpful planning day trips and allowing for late check out. The hotel is very close to the main road and beach.

Great location close to the main street, clean swimming pools, silent, child-friendly and lovely personel. Would definitely choose this again.

The kitchen could’ve been equipped a bit better, but that wasn’t really an issue.
