The location was perfect!!! Everything is literally around you... food, shops, pharmacy. There is a very vibrant nightlife un this area and everything is within walking distance. The beach is steps away and it is most beautiful in the morning and at sunset. There is no elevator so if you have heavy, bulky luggage (like I did) you will have to carry it up to the 3rd level in 90 degree waether😫. The receptionist was sweet enough to help me and made sure I was settled in before she left. One good thing to remember is that if you are driving and using a GPS, put in "Neromylos Beach Club" to get to the hotel. Its easier to find that way. I would definitely recommend staying here, especially in room 302.

Mylos hotel is in the central part of Platanias, close to restaurants, supermarkets and, in particular, it is connected with a truly excellent equipped beach. The apartment was absolutely nice, but what really makes the difference at Mylos Hotel is its receptionist Maria. She is a young, very professional employee, always ready to satisfy any type of request in a very short time and always with a smile on her face. I have no doubt that, if I were to return to Crete in the future, I will choose Mylos hotel again, hoping to find Maria too.

Room was big and had all you need. Comfortable bed, different pillows, well-kept kitchenware (looks like new). The staff is amazing, helping us to get the best stay possible. Felt like a 5-star hotel concierge. Location is good, right on the beach. I was in the room at the top, and had decent view of the sea.

It is not like something I didn't like necessarily. The pool is a beach club, so it can be busy sometimes. But it's a nice pool, clean water with bar service (though on the expensive side compared to the rest of the island).

nicely presented apartments. lovely and clean and a supersize bed which is wonderful when the weather is hot. very near to the beach and also near to many wonderful tavernas and restaurants leaning everyday and towels and bedding changes every 2/3 days. The sun Ed’s on the beach are free to Mylos clients. Maria in reception is a lovely friendly young lady.

Everything in the property is fine but we had issues with the use of the pool across which supposedly is free for Mylos clients. We were not made welcome even when we had drinks on the terrace. It seems only the young people are the accepted ones. Shame because we love to have a swim in the early evening. But that is our one and only complaint.

I just spent 2 weeks here at Mylos Hotel. I loved it. ❣️ Close to the beach were you have free sunbeds. Supermarkets, restaurants just around the corner. And the bus to Chania and other places, stops at the street. The rooms are very nice. It has everything you need. And the balcony is very big. Amazing. The girl in the reception is so very nice and helpful. I will come back again in September. Already booked.

The location was great. Almost on the beach. Use of a lovely pool and sunbeds. The room was kept very clean and towels and bins changed every day. The staff we met were extremely polite and friendly.

The toilet in our bathroom leaked and the bathroom floor was wet every day. there was no plug for the kitchen sink to was anything properly and no hot water to the bathroom sink so hubby had to boil kettle for hot water to shave.

Location was perfect!! Right near the pool/beach/high street but far enough away to not be bothered by traffic n music etc.

Beds were comfortable but a bit too hard & pillows not very comfortable. Outside furniture was very uncomfortable so much so couldn’t sit in chairs for long. Apartment dated.

Staff is very friendly, very nice location close to the beach and main street Platanias. Really nice and big balcony with partial ocean view. Really nice room.

The bathroom floor was constantly covered with water, uncertain of the source but suspect the toilet.

just came from amazing holiday, where i stayed in this app. The location is just Amazing-just couple meters from everything: Sea, with a big beach and comfy sandbeds, caffees and shops, bus stop, Lidl like the room and the terrase👍🏼❤️Big and cosy with everything u need

last 4 days of our stay(we were 2weeks)-we were unfortinate with neighboirs-too noise at night.But property can take answer for this
