We book this hotel for our honeymoon, it was better than expected, the hotel facilities are beautiful. The food in the buffet was spectacular. The staff attention was perfect, we had a good welcoming with Peter the concierge which recommended us all the restaurants in the hotel! Thank you Peter for your help!

We had problems with booking the restaurants, you should book everyday for the night meal, even if we tried really early there were no spaces. We missed two of the good ones because we never find available spots. Also, all the available slots were too early (6:30pm). While it is stated it is “adults only”, only the part of this building is adults only, other families with kids will stay in a different building and all common spaces are shared (except for the pool and building).

We were in El Beso, adults only building which was very quiet and it was on the end closest to the restaurants, shop and lobby. This made for a very quick and easy walk to everything. The beach was the furthest away, but trams ran constantly getting you to and from. The staff are all very attentive and friendly. The concierge Lisandro was very helpful reaching out to us for whatever our needs were. We were amazed at how efficient the wait staff worked and we felt the food was very good for the most part. The Steak House was excellent, but felt the other fine dining restaurants served just mediocre entrees. The buffet dining was amazing and the selections were limitless.

One minor complaint for myself was that the room had a musty odor. Granted it is humid and probably to be expected. It didn’t bother my husband. Otherwise the room was great, very clean and the king sized bed was so comfortable.

Many things to do, shops, restaurants access to beach. Loved being in El Beso and having the space from people’s kids. The beds were very comfortable. Good food and many options

Restaurant reservation system was frustrating. Having to look on multiple pages on the Ap to understand what where and when was going on. It would have been nice to have a schedule to look at for the week. I was trying to enjoy my time without my phone but felt like I always needed it to figure out what was going on and where to go.

Food was above average for all inclusive. There were several restaurants to chose from. The El Beso adult pool was nice - all of the pools were actually exactly the same (including the Privilage area) so the only difference was no children. Bar staff were nice. Service was good generally. The room was lovely and very spacious. Nice that you could get free room service and mini bar. Good value for money.

The hotel was looking slightly tired, leaving roof in the restaurant, just in need of some work generally. The beach area had work going on. The beach wasn't overly impressive, but in fairness, could be due to the recent hurricane. There was always a lot of noise in the room - sounded like maintenance. Not much entertainment at night. The bars were only open until 2am.

This was my second time traveling solo to this resort. It’s perfect because it is not too small and not too big and it is very safe. The location is perfect for any tour busses to collect you. The beach is great, the staff, the food all really good.

I was here two years ago, and I think the restaurant menus are still the same. The only recommendation I would have is to change the menus now and then.

Great value for the price! Amazing facilities and the staff was super friendly at all times! Special mention to Lisandro and Celeste, who made our stay even better! Definitely recommend this place!

Only thing to point out is that there’s not much of a beach area - so if you’re looking to spend much time on the beach or doing activities on the sea, this might not be the best place to do so.

We were very pleased with our Consierge Lisandro. We were there for our 33rd wedding anniversary and he did everything in his power to ensure that we had a wonderful time. The food at Bluemoon was excellent. The cocktails were beyond our expectations.

There were many children there during our stay but the property is large enough so we could find other areas to go.

Everything was fantastic. The service, drinks, food (INCREDIBLE), grounds, decor, etc! Seriously, the food! Crepes, steakhouse, La Pez, hibachi, my goodness I wish I was back there! We loved everything about our stay. The staff really made our experience as great as possible-- Esteban at the lobby bar, Elias at Sakura, Amaranth on the beach, Antonio at La Pez Vela (along with the bartender outside there-- didn't catch his name), and Manuel with our luggage. Everyone was great, and these handful of folks were especially excellent!

Spacious rooms and lots to do on the property

Room maintenance obviously neglected--rooftop Jacuzzi rooms need a thorough maintenance review, my rooftop Jacuzzi tub was barely working--stopper to hold water not working appropriately (I had to hold the stopper shut with my foot so that it wouldn't drain), several jets not working, jet knob would reluctantly turn on jets for 3 min. then shut off for over 20 min. so obviously that wasn't working properly either.

The staff was amazing and very helpful! Especially Angelicia at the buffet making the Specialty dining reservations! And our concierge Lisandro he was also amazing! Always tending our needs and asked us if we need anything. How is everything going? Is everything being taken care of properly at the property?

There was really no night life on the property for Adults!
