I liked the conservatory. It was so bright and pretty. The atmosphere was so relaxing. The food choice was tasty. The seats were comfortable. The colour scheme is so warm and cosy. I found the dining room very clean and the staff were excellent at their jobs. Once a table was empty the staff gracefully and quickly cleared it. We were able to take our food outside in the sun. The patio area was so nice to sit at. Even though the hotel asked for you to pay for your food before you bring it outside I could totally understand the reasoning for this.

The breakfast could have been hotter but it was tasty. The seats were comfortable. One table was wobbly and it was a bit annoying but thats a little thing. The eggs were over cooked but I enjoy them that way my husband prefers them over easy. I asked the staff member could I have fresh eggs cooked and that was no problem. Overall the food was very good.

The setting of the hotel being a tad out-of-town made it extra peaceful and gave it a beautiful country feel. Our room was fantastic as it was called the “Castle Suite” and was exceptionally large with a living room and even a little dinette area. A fireplace as well.

We only stayed for one night (a Saturday night) and we were told by the front desk that there would be musical entertainment in the bar, but there was not.

For a one night trip to Killarney, was very good. Our bedroom was spacious and comfy. The best part was the breakfast, incredible nice and tasty. With a very experienced chef I got full and we enjoyed a lot our time there. A great variarity of fresh fruits, cakes, drinks and the coffee nice and strong. Reception staff lovely and friendly.

We got a room close to a giant extractor fan or ventilator I don't know, but the sound affected my light slip. The windows doesn't close properly. so you can't avoid the sound of that extractor. Room clean and comfy. The bathroom always clean.

Comfortable hotel on the outskirts of the city but in easy reach of the city centre, with a great breakfast. Also we needed to request a replacement copy of our receipt a day after leaving and the hotel reception staff quickly and helpfully provided one.

The room had not been cleaned well - e.g. there were cut fingernails on one of the chairs. Also the main window in our room got stuck and we couldn't unlock it (late in the evening) ... it was one of those strange locks that need the handle to be placed in a particular position.

The location was great, near everything we wanted to do and the parking facilities were also great. Really really pleasant staff from reception to dinner service and especially breakfast the lady with the short blonde hair and glasses (she was there Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning) didn't catch her name but so so pleasant and runs a really good show.. we were offered fresh tea/coffee several times and felt so relaxed and welcomed around her. Hotel should look after her well.. those kind of employees are hard to hold onto and she was definitely the highlight of our trip!! Dinner service was also really pleasant, really family friendly environment everyone made such an effort with our baby! Only little issue we had was we requested a room with a bath which we didn't get the first time but was solved within 2 minutes and another room given. The room we were moved to was less modern and seemed to be a lot of works going on over there (started around 8am) this wasn't a problem for us as we were up then with the baby anyway and were out most of the day but If you planned to sleep in/relax in the room for the day that might be an issue. Thanks for a great stay, hopefully we will get to come back sometime. ❤️

Breakfast was exceptional. Great variety of fresh food and beverages. Room was clean. Service and staff in the hotel and restaurant were exceptional. They were so helpful, friendly and responsive. Beds were comfortable. Given the negative experience on our last night, we received a discount on this part of our stay.

One window did not open and room was warm. Small hygiene items like shampoo and conditioner would have been a nice complement. Towels were clean but had a few small stains. We were awoken around 2 am on our last night at the hotel by a people yelling and banging around in the next room and a phone alarm continuously ringing for hours. The night manager was responsive and came to deal with the situation twice.

The room was large and Very comfortable with a good range of facilities. bathroom was very clean and had only recently been re-fitted. The location is quite even though it is conveniently placed by the busy N22. Great place for Parties, Events and Weddings.

The breakfast area was very Cold and Dark (Fantastic Breakfast though). The lighting and decoration in that area needs addressing. We had to call maintenance out to attend to our shower during one afternoon as it was cold. The engineer told us that we needed to run the Hot water for at least 10 minutes. This may have been due to the lack of occupants at the time of year (January 2024).

I was pleased with everything about the hotel. Ireland was a magical place, and this hotel did not disappoint. It was filled with helpful staff and amenities. We LOVED the full Irish breakfast every morning--the restaurant staff was always smiling, always waiting to perform their duties and then some! The front desk staff helped us arrange transportation, gave us tips on places to visit, but more than anything, they exuded that charm that only the Irish are capable of showing. Overall, we enjoyed a delightful experience!

I did wish the location was a bit closer to the town center; it was a bit too far for us to walk. However, for the price, it evened out. It wasn't costly to travel via taxi to and fro, so really, no complaints on that. The staff would call for a taxi, and like leprechauns, they would appear almost immediately. And every cab driver was a trip in himself.

I couldn't recommend this hotel mire, from how help ful the staff were prior to our stay booking a taxi for us and accommodating my requests. From the very minytexwexarrivec the reception staff were so warm ahd friendly, the bar staff restaurant staff at dinner and breakfast were very so helpful and kind to our party of three,the food was gorgous , and the general vibe of the hotel was relaxed but with excellent standards , customer service and warmth.the room was perfect loads of space and warm with everything we needed at our fingertips .Our stay was a pleasure from start to finish ad the room only rate was so reasonable we will be back

Ideal location for our Wild Atlantic Way drive. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to town centre. Our room had been recently refurbished. Lovely walk-in shower. Good selection of restaurants in town centre.

Room doors bang shut if one doesn’t close them carefully. This is disturbing in the afternoon and early evening. The dinner in the restaurant was ok food wise more ‘casual’ than ‘fine dining’. No one came to us after our main course to ask if we wanted desert or coffee.
