they had parking and staff explained very well where to go if their lot was full, very close of start of rings of kerry and right across the street from a lovely botanical park/garden. walking distance to main square and train station so many great pubs and small shops nearby--we had budget rental and the facility for rental drop off was right down street 10/10 location. the lodge also had great breakfast offering

Wish the shower was slightly larger, otherwise no other complaints room was tidy and amenities were as needed

Absolutely loved the location of Abbey Lodge. It was an easy short stroll into the town center. It allowed us the opportunity to explore everything the town had to offer. Also loved that they had plenty of off street parking. We traveled in early March 2024 and feel it was a great value. We were greeted with a very warm Irish welcome and allowed to check in early. Although we did not have as much interaction with the staff, we did feel that they were there if we needed them. Added pictures of the view from our room (a bit cloudy), and also one of the available jaunting rides right down the road.

Excellent B&B from all points of view.The bed was really comfortable,, loved the shower with good water pressure. Very good choice for breakfast and everything cooked to order, so nice and fresh. There's a lovely sitting room if you want to chill out. Very well situated, just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Killarney. The free car park is an extra bonus. So much more homely than the large hotels. I will definitely go there again when I return to Killarney.

Our room overlooked a busy road so a bit noisy in the daytime but wasn't really a problem because it was quiet at night.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about. The owner lady has been extremely customer oriented, you can feel this business is her life. We booked a family room (double bed + single) for 2 people, because we were disappointed at other places about the size of beds - here it was perfect! Also the quality of the mattress was super high quality and comfortable. the room was spacious, the bathroom is comfortable and clean - Centrally located, just a few meters walk to the center, easy/free parking onsite.

Amazing hotel, great location, near the downtown, great cafe, bycicle rentals, tour despatch. The hotel was very tasteful and stylish decorated with a lot of beautiful, cozy and charming public spaces that felt like in an old estate. Our room was really specious and had everything we needed.

Quirky place which as the name suggests was the lodge for the long-since-gone abbey (back wall of the carpark is a bit of the original abbey wall). Decent-sized room & bathroom, very comfortable. Only two parking spaces at the front, which was a bit of a worry - but plenty more parking at the back. EXCELLENT location, just a five minute walk from the multiple bars & restaurants of Main Street. On the Ring of Kerry road to the National Park, Moll's Gap etc.

We really enjoyed the breakfast; my son especially loved the waffles. The lodge is conveniently located very close to the centre, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. Parking space is good.

To be honest, we struggled to find anything we didn’t like during our short stay, especially considering it’s not a hotel.

The location was fabulous for walking into town as well as easily accessible for exploring the local sites by car or bus. It was clean and comfortable and the shower was amazing. We did not eat there but took advantage of the coffee and tea available at all times. The staff was lovely and helpful. Highly recommend overall.

It was difficult to find. We were arriving late and it was raining. Google took us to the wrong location twice and it was very difficult to find a phone number to contact them for directions. The night staff mentioned that it was common that google maps provided the wrong directions so it would be beneficial to note that in the arrival instructions along with a pin it air code for the accurate location. Once we finally arrived it was a fantastic stay.

was great location lovely place ideal location if travelling by train or public transport great parking facilities easy check in travelled with a wheelchair user room was massive to get around any questions I asked were answered back straight away easy footpaths to walk out to and could easily get power chair into house stunning rooms and lobby staff are fantastic couldn’t do enough for you place so quiet and amazing staff they couldn’t do enough for you came in with a fan for us treated Tracy like tracey and not a person with a disability mary and Christine are brillant and all staff we met are lovely staff

The location was great. Could walk to downtown where we found shops and restaurants. It was also a great place to start our trip around the Ring of Kerry. Staff was great. I left a fleece vest when we left and the manager sent me an email and I was able to go back and get it before we left for our next destination. We didn't have breakfast as we left early. Room was great, comfortable and quiet.

Everything was fine. No problems or concerns.
