The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped for an overnight stay, with a tv, microwave oven, kettle, and tableware for one person. It's good value for money for a private room with shower and toilet en-suite in central London. The location is great; close to Liverpool Street Station if you're using the Stansted Express, and one street from Brick Lane for Indian restaurants. There are many other kinds of restaurants also nearby.

It was self check-in, which is fine, however, it was difficult to read the numbers on the key safe in the dark as they are embossed on metal - I used my torch. My room was on the street-side of the building and there's a fair amount of traffic on Commercial Street through the night. Bring ear plugs if traffic noise disturbs you.

Very good location, near Liverpool Street with a lot of transport and food options, near Old Spitalfields Market with lovely antique market on Thursdays. Easy self check in and check out. Stairs was not a problem for us, but for older people can be. Pretty big for London, clean room with comfortable bed, sofa is not so comfortable but we used it only for sitting and our stuff. Curtain is too small for window and a little bit noisy from street, but for us it was ok, we slept well after busy days with a lot of walking and sightseeing:) Reasonable price for place to sleep in London, I will return with pleasure.

It would be nice to have small towel for hands and bath mat

The location of our room was amazing! There are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance and there is even a market called Spitalfields across the street. We loved the neighborhood vibe and felt safe. There were also several bus stops and tube stations within walking distance.

The room was clean but very small. Our bed was very comfortable, but my sons bed was not. The bathroom was very clean, but the water pressure was not great and the bathroom door had a very large window. This made it awkward since the window was visible from the room.

The staff was nice and told us how to get in the flat. We found everything we needed in the room: hair dryer, fan, towels, microwave, fridge... The convenient location is between Aldgate East and Liverpool Street, which means the neighbourhood is quite full of restaurants. I expected because of the price there would be noises from the neighbours and the place would be cramped, but no! It's normal size and clean enough, and in fact I could not quite hear any noise from the neighbours.

Sometimes outside there were sounds of constructions (I personally didn't mind), and the doors of the building were old and one of which couldn't be locked.

The room was exactly as the pictures showed. Only a ten minute walk from The Tower of London. Just on the edge of Zone 1 on the Underground, so not too expensive to travel around on the Tube. Both beds were very comfortable. The shower and sink had hot water immediately. Faster than my own at home! Great room especially for the nightly fee we paid. Fantastic restaurants near the apartment. Club Mexicana is one not to miss. Even if you aren't vegan, you will love all of their food and drinks.

It is London, but the street noise was quite loud. Definitely pack ear plugs. The room was rather hot and while it had two heaters, it would have been nice to have a fan. There is a small fridge and tea kettle, but if you drink coffee, you'll have to go to a café.

Good price for London, convenient location, 5-10 mins walk from the Aldgate East station. Room was clean, had towels, hair dryer, iron with iron board, cutlery and kettle, as well as a tv. Would stay again. Good instructions from host on how to get to the accommodation and self check in.

The keys were fiddly and can be confusing given the multiple keys and door locks which are sometimes stiff. Would be better if keys were labelled.

The location was perfect. The room had a fridge and microwave and also a sofa.

3 flights of stairs and the traffic noise.

Amazing location!

I had to carry my heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs, and the water pressure in the shower was really low.
