This is a small room in a block of rooms and in an ideal location very close to Liverpool St Station but at the same time incredibly quiet. There is even a little communal terrace outside the windows, with your own table and chairs. The stairs and outside the room seems like student accommodation and you have to bear in mind that there is no lift. The staff are very friendly and particularly the person who checked me in.

The bathroom is rather small and the shower leaked onto the floor even before I'd used it. But it was all clean. The very helpful person on check-in kindly carried my large suitcase up the stairs to my room and a kind fellow guest carried it down when I went to check in but I imagine it could be a challenge if you have mobility issues.

The room is clean, spacious and well facilitated. The staff are very nice and helpful and respond promptly.

The staircase to upper floors are steep and a bit dangerous. I have a number of luggages and the staff member was very helpful to help me take the luggage upstairs.

Location was just perfect. 6 minutes walk to Liverpool Street station. Surrounded by multicultural restaurants and pubs but room itself was peaceful and quiet at the same time. Bathroom was amazing, great shower and warm water 24/7. Bed mattress and pillows were very soft. Housekeeping was very thorough.

Room was very small as compared to pictures, and we could hardly open one suitcase and walk around. The double bed was smaller even for a couple of slim build. Stairs are very tight, u r prone to hit ur head (well actually i did). Not at all wheelchair accessible.

Locks made going in and out easy with 4 adults and a teen. Didn’t have to worry about cards. Really cool areas in walking distance. Any type of food and/or grocery very close. We had two bedrooms with 2 baths so for the price it was excellent.

No fans in bathroom, air conditioner made weird noise every 10 minutes. One bedroom was very dark with weird green light in bath. Very noisy below windows from street. It didn’t both me but if you are light sleeper would be terrible. Steps were quite steep.

They send you the code the day of your arrival and make sure of your check-in time. The location is super central and for my parents was really easy to go around. Our meeting point was Eataly, just on the other side of the road. The rooms are situated just on a side road 4 minutes from Liverpool street station. You are in the middle of the life but at night time you can't hear the noises. The room are really new and well furnished. Enzo the receptionist was really kind to show us the bigger room for our next stay next year

The pad isn't too easy to use. There is a step at the entrance that needs to be fixed. Unfortunately there isn't a lift. But If they fixed the staircases it will be nicer.

The location was fab. The access was easy. We had a family room which was huge with two bathrooms.

A little bit tatty around the edges but good for the price 👍🏻

Excellent location for tube (Circle & Central line) and buses. Also nearby are several restaurants, bars, pubs and markets (Spitafield Market and also a Sunday street market with very good prices just outside the apartments). Tesco supermarket is only 3 mins away - good size. Friendly and helpful staff! Nice room and good with the kitchenette and air condition. We would come back!

A few issues with the accomodation like no toaster in our particular room (we used a frying pan), a not fully working fridge and lack of hot water in the kitchenette sink. Also the wifi connection was unfortunately really bad (regardless of network). Hopefully these issues will be fixed because apart from that we really enjoyed the comforts of the room and our stay in London!

The front desk is open from 9AM to 9PM and it is extremely easy to pick up the key code (there is no actual key) and to leave the luggage there until the time to check in. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are good enough for two people that want to visit London. And the location is perfect for that since the nearby metro station is very well connected. The rooms are cleaned daily and the towels are also changed every day. There is a kettle and some tea bags, iron and ironing board, things which came in very handy.

Since the room is a little small, it was a bit hard for my girlfriend and I to look through our luggage at the same time. One thing that I found confusing was the hand soap, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. They seemed to be mislabeled and there was also a general purpose cream which was in the container labeled as shampoo.

The location is fantastic, especially for anyone coming to London on the train from Stansted Airport. Widegate Residential is just 2 minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station, so you don't have to worry about bringing luggage on the tube. The use of codes to access the building and the rooms was great, as you didn't have to worry about a key. There is also a left luggage facility and the staff are very helpful. The rooms have a kettle, fridge and microwave.

The rooms could do with painting and the carpet on the very steep stairs could do with being replaced. These are just small gripes, as the en-suites are beautifully finished and the beds are very comfortable.

It was in good location, with plenty bars and pubs around. Also our water heater in shower didn't work, but staff fixed it. Cleaning everyday, microwave, two water bottles, kettle with tea bags available - that was perfect.

We would love being located in the room with the window from the street. As it is full of bars and pubs, it's really loud even during "quiet hours"... Also we were a little bit surprised by missing half of shower door. It wasn't problem for us, but it was unexpected.
