Really enjoyed staying in this hotel which has quite a lot of advantages. First of all location allowing easily combine different activities. You can spend time on sandy beach in front of the hotel or explore Rethymno old town which is in only 15-20 minutes walking distance. The room itself had all I needed. It is spacious and clean. Bed is comfy, good bathroom.There is a small kitchen so you can cook, buy groceries if you like or just make some tea/coffee. There is also a restaurant in the same building where you can eat delicious Greek dishes with see view. And the most important thing - staff is very helpful and attentive. You feel warmth of human touch. Big thanks to everyone at reception and clean ladies who made my stay relaxing.

Close proximity to beach, just across the road. Junior suite very convenient with 2 bathrooms. One with shower, toilet, basin. Other with bath, toilet, basin. It has a litte kitchen, although I wouldn’t use it except for fridge, and a little lounge. Aircon is really good. Although there is a restaurant downstairs and one to the side, there is no noise when doors are closed. Worked perfect for us. Breakfast was good, however they do not belong to hotel. They also service the beach directly across hotel ito loungers, umbrellas, drinks etc. This was certainly a plus point. Looks as it is in pictures.

Needs a bit of maintenance and housekeeping as such. Carpets in passages need a deep clean. Some mould in bathroom but it was do-able. You get 2 pods of coffee for coffee machine and that’s it. I would have preferred a few more electrical plugs. Parking only on street, but it also worked for us. Peak season may be problematic.

Great size room with lovely balcony that was directly facing the sea. Bed was big and really comfy. All staff were very friendly but the housekeeping staff were exceptional and came in every day. Our room was spotless! The fridge had a small freeze box that was an unexpected bonus. Hotel was in a fantastic location, across the road from the beach which offered sunbeds at a reduced rate. There were lots of bars, cafe's, restaurants, gift shops and supermarkets in the vicinity. The harbour and Rethymno old town were a 10 - 15 minute walk away.

As well as a kettle, there was a coffee machine in the room with two welcoming coffee pods but no teabags for us tea loving brits! I accept that it was self catering facilities but it would of been helpful to have a dish cloth / brush or sponge in the room to clean the dishes.

This hotel was reasonably priced and well located across the road from the beach. The room was spotless, including the balcony glass, which many hotels forget about. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony, with a wine, watching people come and go. All in all a good place for a beach holiday.

The hotel was very clean, but when having a shower it was impossible not to get the bathroom floor soaking wet. If you want cheaper food away from the sea front turn right as you come out the hotel and walk up to the main road.

Excellent, super clean, very nice hotel. Finally medium hard mattress in a hotel, very comfortable. Spacious, well separated rooms, very nice bathroom. Clean, new air conditioners in both rooms. Although not central, but split climas.

The hallway and the staircase is not air conditioned and warmed up to hot. The breakfast is served by a different company, a restaurant connected to the hotel and is not in pair with the 3-stars hotel service level. Selection of foods is minimal, food quality is poor. Feels like they are trying to maximize profit instead of giving quality service.

Close to the beach and clean. Friendly staff, all of them are so nice, professional and always ready to help you out if you need anything. The cleaning ladies are amazing, Dino, who works the reception desk on night shift is amazing. He will answer every question and go extra mile to help you out.

AC fan can work better.

Location is good and rooms are spacious Frendly and helpful staff, especially the gentleman who worked the night shift :)

Towels were not clean (not sure why it is hard to use bleach,soda etc) if it does not help buy new ones.. If we look the price per night this is the minimum that need to be fullfilled.. Also, facilitie like coffee capsule refill is really basic thing, it is a bit of a shame for the hotel that this is not possible when cleaning is done.. Noisy at night

Very nice property with a great restaurant!!!! Don’t be fooled to head towards a restaurant at the port it’s a tourist trap and the service is very aggressive! The restaurant at the Steris is fabulous and staff very friendly!!! Well done Steris! Would stay here again without any hesitation!

It is nicely situated by the beach. Big rooms as well.

We’ve booked a ground floor room, not knowing that it will be situated next to the service room - we woke up every morning as soon as the cleaning ladies started work, as it was impossible not to hear them. Also, every conversation from the reception could be heard from our room. Maybe other rooms don’t have these issues, however, it was impossible for us to rest properly.

the people at breakfast were nice and polite . but the breakfast food was less than standard anywhere else my wife ate there only half the time because it was practical to do so but very little and poor compared to a lot of places w'eve been it is better to chose that hotel without the breakfast . there are lots of places around with good breakfast and not expensive. though the terrace for the breakfast would have been better if the food was good . other than that the hotel staff and direction are very friendly and helpful the location is fantastic near good restaurants , the beach , the old town and a lot of stuff hotel very clean and rooms and spacious and were made every day and linen and towels changed every 3 days , which was very good it is 3 stars hotel which means a lot of stuff are not there , kleenex small face towels , a general purpose cleanser and shampoo fixed to the wall . but there is a fully equipped kitchenette , fridge, water was put once and coffee once also at the beginning but not replaced through out the stay .

the food choices and daily variety , the room they gave us was not the best considering that we booked for 14 nights from the begging though it was sea view as was promised at booking but we were put last room in the sea view so we had a very narrow sight of the sea view we tried to change it but were told that was very difficult so we had to live the 14 days with there decision
