This property exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect choice for the extended stay over the holidays. The room was very spacious, lots of seating options, plenty of storage for our personal items. The kitchen area was more than adequate, but the best part of it was the large refrigerator. We didn't have to eat take out the whole stay, we could buy actual groceries and store them with no issues. The bathroom was clean and spacious, too. The free breakfast was good, not many choices, but enough to sustain you and satisfy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and no one bother you unless you needed something cleaned or replaced.

My only complaint for the stay was the bed. That bed was so uncomfortable. I could not sleep on it, and neither could my husband. My adult children also had a hard time sleeping comfortably on their beds. I had to nap on the couch just to get some rest.

Good location for us visiting family nearby. Very friendly staff. Helpful dividing curtain between bed and sleeper couch. That‘s simple and nice when traveling with kids. Breakfast was okay. Nothing special but have seen worse in US hotels.

Still same old crappie AC window units which make tons of noise. Not sure why that’s still allowed in newer buildings. (Obviously nothing the staff can influence)

I was there for work stayed 2 weeks and all was fine. Spacious room, parking available, great location et friendly staff. Special mention to Rohet who care about guests and always smiling, friendly and asking and willing to help guests whenever needed. Thanks a lot and keep it up.

Nothing, breakfast is always the same.

We stayed 4 nights and the hotel staff was very helpful in answering our questions as well as very friendly; the room was pet friendly and gave us peace of mind for our pet's safety; the breakfast was excellent in choices and portions; in the evening it was quiet and relaxing, overall a very enjoyable and wonderful stay

There was nothing negative about our stay, we liked everything about it.

The room was very spacious.

The A/C was leaking so the floor was wet. We told the staff and they were supposed to bring stuff to us and never did. Maybe they forgot because it was Thanksgiving. Also did not have sugar syrup and breakfast was the same every day

Location was near the concert venue we were attending. The hotel was adjacent to a grocery and multiple restaurants so when we missed the breakfast deadline we were near a First Watch for brunch.

There wasn't any real negatives I could think of for a one night stay.

Good location to visit family/friends in Sugar Land. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Rohit. Rooms are clean and spacious. We liked the curtain between bed and couch to create some separation between us and the kids.

As in so many hotels in the US, noise insulation is poor especially to the outside. The nearby interstate is creating a baseline noise at all times that is just a bit too much. The breakfast buffet could have a bit more variety.

Bathroom lock didn’t work easily, they don’t do room cleaning everyday

Maybeline was super helpful and prompt to find us one more room to our group. She had a smile on her face all the time even though it was a late check in.

Breakfast was poor and the hot meal bowl was slowly put out, so many guests never even knew it was served.

Staff and cleanliness was great!

Housekeeping was not good. No service at all until day 4! You have to empty your own trash, get your own towels and supplies! Staff very friendly but I received different answers from all but Rauel. He was awesome. Thanks Rauel!
