Very clean, very friendly staff, well equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the room worked perfectly Will for sure stay again here if given the occasion

The top beds in the rooms with bunk beds don’t have a top cover (a “ceiling”). The bed ceiling is fully open, and when other room mates open the big light in the room, the ones sleeping in the top bunk beds get punched in the face directly by the room ceiling light. I would recommend the hostel to cover the top of the beds with a wooden board or something very opaque to shelter from the direct bright light.

The New Samay Hostel has the ideal location. It is close to city center, bars, restaurants and also close to a bus stop that takes you to the train station. The personal was always kind, friendly and welcoming. The kitchen was big, clean and well equipped, offering a small breakfast on weekends and coffee every day. I stayed in a 4-Bed room which was very comfortable with its own bathroom with a lot of space. The bed was also very comfortable with a curtain for more privacy, a lamp and charging outlets. The room had air conditioning, so just talk with the other people in the room and agree on a temperature!

Perhaps the most annoying thing was the internet connection. It is bad. Like 2005 bad. Sometimes it worked, sometimes was very slow and sometimes it just stopped working. Only the reception has 5G connection but it has to improve in the rooms. Also the room was facing the main street. So you might want to bring your earplugs. It wasn't a big deal for me. There wasn't any water pressure in the shower but I guess this is more of a first world problem than a real issue. In conclusion, the hostel is very good and unbeatable for the price range.

We had a wonderful stay at New Samay Hostel. The hostel is centrally located, with numerous cafes and dining options within a 15-minute walk. The bus stop, which provides access to many tourist attractions, is just a 2-minute walk away. The hostel itself is exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hostel offers a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary cutlery and utensils, which guests are free to use. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

A wonderful hostel at an excellent location. Easy walking distance to the airport shuttle stop and most of the major attractions. The rooms, kitchen and common areas are all super clean. The rooftop terrace is a plus for reading and chilling. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the dorm rooms are en-suite! The staff is amazing. I've met a few during my two stays, they are all friendly, helpful, always greet you with a big smile. The hostel is on a big road, so it is a bit noisy with the traffic and nearby bars. Ask for a room in the back if you're a light sleeper. I'll be happy to stay at New Samay again!

I stayed in 4 bed female dorm. The bed was comfortable, good quality privacy curtain on the bed, I liked that bunk beds are next to each other with partition devider which makes a lot more private. The kitchen facilities are great, with fridges to keep your own labeled food. This is first hostel where I actually cooked the food to myself as the facility is too great not to use it. Free coffee and tea all day. Bathroom is spacious and shower is good size. Weekends they offer breakfast I think for 3 euros - cereal, toast with jams and cupcakes/mini croisonts. The food shop is only two min away so you can buy own food easily.

It is something small and not expensive thing to add as it should be soap provided in the bathroom, especially in covid times to wash hands as soon you get to the room. Apart from this all great!

My second time to stay in the hostel.I really love it. The employees are super nice and friendly.They are very happy and provide the most helpful information to me. The kitchen is super good and they are very considerate to provide the Oil and salt for cooking.The location is very convenient and close to the bus and train station,the cathedral and other famous scence while still having some distance from tourists.Many good restaurants around and very easy to find a Flamenco 💃 place to watch.Thank you so much to the staffs for all the service provided.Best wishes🙏

The bathroom is a little bit small and water will flow out while shower’.Hope that it can be fixed soon.I will definitely stay here next time.

The location was absolutely fantastic, with easy access to everything. Most importantly, Stefan, who works there, was like a friend and a true gentleman. He guided me so well that in the one day I was there, I managed to see almost all the major sights. He gave me a map and showed me the order in which to visit the attractions. He even informed me where I could watch a free flamenco show. His friendly demeanor made my trip very enjoyable and I felt very safe and well taken care of. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, and I will definitely recommend it to all my friends. I am sure I will return there next time as well.

I like that the space was clean and there is always someone by the desk to assist us. They were very accommodating and friendly. I checked in earlier than my supposed check in time since the room was already clean then. That was a huge plus for me. I felt quite at home staying there not to mention my roommates were nice and considerate,too. The hostel is very close to the barrio Santa Cruz and the real Alcázar if you’re visiting those it is only ~10 min walk.

It would have been better if the loaned towel were a bit bigger for 2 euros a stay, but at least we can change it every evening for free.

Airport bus €5 to Seville. 10 min walk to the hostel using Google maps. Location fantastic. Tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful. Shared kitchen with free teas and coffee. Ample fridge storage available. Stayed in 4 bed female room 5. Private bathroom. Charging points and light above bed with curtain for privacy. Best hostel I've ever stayed in and highly recommend.

I had a great experience at New Samay!!! The hostel totally exceeded my expectations! To start with the staff at the reception, what amazing/funny/good energy people they are!!! The hostel also has a common kitchen with two fridges, oven and stoves, microwaves, sink, free coffee/milk/tea, very tidy and clean kitchen with everything you need to cook there if you want to. The room was just perfect, super clean, fresh, air conditioned, with good space to store your baggage, and very comfortable beds with curtains, which gives you privacy, the sheets were very clean and the pillow was super comfortable. The room also has a bathroom inside, big bathroom, clean, the shower works totally amazing with good hot water. I also could store my baggage there after checkout for free… this guys are just perfect!!!! Ah, the hostel is super well located, near the cathedral, maria luisa park, and others attractions. The city bus from the bus terminal just drop you literally in front of the hostel. Really loved my staying there and I’ll be back for sure!!!!

My room faced the main street, which was noisy until 2am, if you have a light sleeping remember to ask for a room in the back. It didn’t bothered me to be honest, nothing super loud.
