The attitude of some of the staff was outstanding, and I would like to make a special mention of Romain, the breakfast manager, who not only made a fantastic omelette, but really went out of his way to make our stay fantastic. We had two minor inconveniences in the room, which we reported, but unfortunately they could not immediately fix them, and offered us a change of room. When Romain found out about the problem, he took immediate action to solve it, but he also sent a little surprise with a personal message. He did so much to make us feel fantastic, thank you!

The soundproofing is not very good, we could not rest in the room during the day, because every door opening and closing could be heard sharply, and every sound and conversation from the next room could be heard.

Spent wife's birthday weekend in Paris and this time we didn't stay too close to the touristy areas and chose the relatively quiet 16e. This little gem of a hotel did not disappoint. We really appreciated the birthday upgrade and the very attentive and friendly service of the staff. Room was spotless and well-appointed. Despite being tucked away in the 16e, transport connections were excellent. Coming from Gare du Nord was a breeze as there was an RER connection straight to Porte Maillot. Bus 82 (60m away) takes you all the way to Tour Eiffel as well as the Montparnasse area, while Metro M1 (around 150m away) has stops in Champs-Elysées and the Louvre. If you feel like it, the Arc de Triomphe is maybe just a 10-minute walk away. Lots of good restaurants, cafes and establishments (Carrefour Express and Monop just across the street!) nearby. Overall an excellent experience.

The room was clean overall and the cleaning service was done daily (towels replaced & stuff). The price per night was fair for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is 5 minutes away from M1 metro line & RER C, 12 mins away from Arc de Triomphe so we found the location very accessible and pretty nice to walk from hotel to Bastille (~2hrs of walk).

Even if the hotel was a 'non-smoking', we had cigarette smoke coming on the AC vent for two nights. It was quite unpleasant and we had to open the window in the morning to be able to sleep. The staff managed to 'solve' the issue after first night but the smoke came back on our last night staying at the hotel.

The room was clean and everything was new. The staff was very professional and the breakfast was perfect. Everything at the breakfast was first class. The coffee quality was the best.

It is a convenient location, you can see that they cleaned every day and changed towels. Opposite two stores, you can always buy a snack or water. Metro 3 minutes away, and the Eiffel Tower is 20 minutes away.

There were some disadvantages in the room. The glass panel was broken, the bathtub was chipped, and the decorative elements of the bed were damaged. But the most interesting thing is that I was asked for a 100 euro cash deposit in case I take something in the minibar. I certainly understand everything, but such issues can be solved at check-out, and not so that at check-out, I had to remind to return me my 100 euros. The hotel offered breakfast for 26 euros per person, which seems a bit expensive to me.

The location is perfect as for guests travelling for business as for tourists. The subway station is in 5 min by walk. The supermarket and farmacy is just accross the road. The hotel isn't big, cozy, has 2 lifts, very quiet. Rooms are enough spacy and very good soundproofed, equiped with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, quality shampoo, shower gel and body milk. At the room was warm thanks to the adjustable ventilation. As well I should mention very tasty italian restaurant Del Papa with friendly staff nearby. We didn't take breakfasts at the hotel so I can't rate it.

I recently stayed at Hotel Etoile Maillot I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was! The room was absolutely amazing – spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The staff at Hotel Etoile Maillot was exceptional, especially Chloe and the entire front desk team. Chloe went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and the gentleman working at the front desk was equally incredible, always attentive and helpful. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. And made me return a few weeks later! The hotel’s location was perfect! I was within walking distance of everything I wanted to explore, making my trip stress-free and convenient. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Etoile Maillot Lee and can't wait to return!

This is a very good boutique hotel in a quiet area with Metro and bus stops nearby - not far from the Arc de Triomphe. The decor is modern and everything looks pretty new. We booked a Deluxe room but got upgraded to an Executive room - just slightly bigger at 26 sqm with the same decor. We prefer a larger room so were pleased with our choice. The bed and linen were great and very comfortable. The setup with the small sofa was very good. Bathroom was a good size with a separate toilet area and a spacious shower with good amenities. There is a Nespresso machine and kettle with a fridge with a few drinks. Only a few coffee capsules but i'm sure you could ask for more. Wifi was good and there are some good local restaurants nearby plus a few small supermarkets across the road. Staff were very good.

Hotel is amazing. Personal was very pleasant and responsible. Room was clear and well furnished with large TV. We had great breakfasts, especially thank you to Roaman for great omleté :) Also hotel has cozy wellness that you can book in advance, don't hesitate. It was all time free to book.

Nothing really serious that didn't like. Just may be you can add more languages TV changes for foreigners, like German, Spanish etc. and remove russian :)
