Located just a short stroll from the main square and with around 20 free parking spots in front and at the side of the hotel, this is an excellent choice. Very clean modern hotel with large rooms including separate bedroom with terrace and a large sitting area with a couch, chairs and a table. There is a safe in the wardrobe for valuables. Bathroom had a good shower with plenty of hot water, a/c was excellent and wifi good. Bed was extremely comfortable with good linens and towels and toiletries were excellent. Breakfast was varied with plenty of hot and cold options and plenty of good coffee. Fresh fruit salad, eggs three ways, bacon, ham, cold meats, cheeses, vegetables, etc. A very good variety and since it's on the 5th floor there are good views over part of the town. Finally, but importantly, all the staff I dealt with were cheerful, friendly, very helpful and spoke very good English. One last tip is that there is an excellent, although expensive laundry service outside the nearby shopping centre at the side nearest to the hotel.

If you are going to Brasov, I strongly recommend either picking this hotel without wasting any more time, or at least giving it serious consideration. It was considerably better than two other 4 star hotels I visited in Romania, both which cost more. Everything was good about it. The room was perfectly modernised with everything working properly. It’s one of very few hotels I have ever stayed in where I not curse the dim lighting, and actually felt it was a pleasure to be in. The staff were excellent including the friendly waiter at their really excellent breakfast which included (oh the joy!) perfectly fresh croissants, as well as cakes much better than my 4 star hotels offered, and hot dishes much better than the 4 star hotels offered. The chef was constantly popping out of the kitchen in a way that suggested he actually took a pride in the breakfast, which he had every right to do. I’ll also give special mention to the check-in. This was the quickest, friendliest check-in I think I have ever experienced. It is not obvious from the map but the location is superb. It’s a very short walk to the centre and includes free parking. One small note – there are a few stairs to get to the lift. If you are disabled, check with the hotel first if they can manage your needs. The team here takes a pride in their hotel and I wish them a happy and prosperous future. I will tell my friends to choose it if they pass this way.

The location of the hotel is great: away from business in the central square of Brasov but only a 10 min walk from the square. We liked our room, it was nice and spacious. I especially liked the nice "library" lobby where we could relax with a book and a coffee. The breakfast was excellent, including some traditional Romanian treats. Also plus points for the great view of the city from the breakfast room.

We were there in the winter and our room was a bit on the warm side; even after setting the air conditioning to a lower temperature it didn't really cool down.

Really within walking distance from the center, good interiors and excellent reception staff, they helped and advised us on all the questions that we had. Our room was small, with a view of the Brasov fortress from the balcony. It’s convenient that the electricity in the room doesn’t turn off when you leave with the key card and you can leave your phone charging and go to breakfast, which often doesn’t happen in modern hotels. Also, in addition to completely banal things, the room had a kettle, iron, ironing board and a good hairdryer. Room cleaning is at a high level. Breakfast was on the top floor of the hotel, the views were excellent.

Problem with parking spaces; There are places, and there even seem to be a lot of them, somewhere around 15 pieces. But there are not enough of them for all the guests, and it should be noted that the reception staff help you park, which was very nice of them, they tell you how to stand as compactly as possible, and in extreme cases they will tell you where the nearest paid parking is. I would also like to note that the breakfast was a little monotonous, with minimal variety in dishes every day. It tastes good.

I found parking the 1st day and after that I didn’t, I had to park hundred of meters away. I would have liked to see before booking that parking is limited not to find out after the fact. I would not pick this hotel again because of the misleading advertising regarding parking- plus it’s not in the old town is very close to the old city. Another challenge was the WiFi- I wasn’t able to get connected within my room, I got only connected at the breakfast area.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. Its proximity to the city center was incredibly convenient, allowing easy access to key attractions. The cleanliness of the premises was impressive. The staff exhibited professionalism and friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, the overall ambiance was cozy and comforting, making my stay exceptionally comfortable.

During check-out, there was a minor discrepancy regarding the minibar items, which seemed to stem from our early arrival and the swift accommodation by the staff to prepare the room before standard check-in time. Despite this, the staff handled the situation with utmost politeness, comprehending the oversight and acknowledging that we hadn’t consumed any items from the minibar. They rectified the error promptly and graciously, ensuring we were not charged for any items that were mistakenly assumed to be missing.

Very comfortable bed. Nice view to the city and mountains. 10 min walk from the old city and there’s also a supermarket near by. Breakfast was also delicious. The staff is exceptional, Mirona from reception was really friendly and helped me resolve a wrong booking date. And everywhere else in the hotel the staff is friendly and helpful.

Some of the furniture are old, especially all the sofas in the lobby look really run down and could use a refresh.

Well-presented modern hotel within 10 minutes’ walk of the old town centre, a very convenient hub for tourists. It’s also located right next to a hiking trail with spectacular views of the forest at the top. Sound insulation is good, and breakfast was tasty. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The biggest complaint is that the temperature throughout the building is kept very warm. Since it’s not summer yet, the air conditioning wasn’t switched on and I found the bedroom far too hot to sleep. The reception staff said all they could do is turn off the heating for the room (which I had already done on the thermostat), and there were no fans available for rooms. It’s on a main road so the traffic noise was too loud to have the window open overnight.

Quiet space, but close enough to the bustling old city center. Perfect location. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good, every day. I will definitely stay again next time I go to Brașov.

There wasn't anything I particularly disliked about my stay. A gym or pool would have been nice, but the hotel was pleasant and cozy.

It was a great pleasure to stay at your hotel It is very well positioned 5 minutes from the old center I also found a parking lot.. At the reception I met a very nice lady ( I don't remember she..name, he had long hair).. he welcomed us with a smile on his face..he explained something about the city..for me it's the first time I come to Brasov.. The hotel is very clean Very welcoming Small room..but perfect for a couple Clean bathroom.. Very quiet...no noise in the hotel lobby.. Breakfast..very good.. compliments to the chef...everything was perfect (I have been working in a hotel for 20 years) I have a lot of experience about breakfast I was very impressed. ..of everything I found for breakfast..I asked the chef.. what is here..? he answered me very nicely ..omleta..( I don't remember the name) but please send him ..congratulations..)
