Excellent location and amenities, friendly staff, and overall friendly and accomodating attitude.

I had a problem with the cancellation policy, this issue had stressed me and my family a lot as our flight got cancelled unfortunately and we arrived 1 day later as such the hotel cancelled our stay, because of this we ended up arguing over e-mails. The hotel finally agreed upon arrival, but the experience could have been settled seamlessly given we already pre-paid, and clearly, we were not a no-show. A no-show is charged at 100% of the stay, which I find extremely uncommon in the hotel industry and way over the top.

researched loads of resorts before booking, and this was completely perfect. Met & exceeded expectations for a luxury all-inclusive sun holiday, with the great & heated 'Adults Only' pool being brilliant and meaning it felt very relaxing. Endless drinks & great food, waiter service to the pool, so many beds&loungers everywhere plus in everyones rooms, great different restaurants, lovely beach&town 5 mins walk away, cava on arrival, airport transfer was great & v close to terminal, theyve an app for room service & reservations that also means you can just direct-message front desk about anything.

We were there end of April and it's probably a bit more fun in the summer at fuller capacity, like the bar closed at midnight and there was one night of a pianist on a 4-night stay, and the private room pools are too cold for this time of year but probably brilliant June/July/August, The swim-up bar was also closed this time of year, would have been too cold in that pool anyway so made sense, probably great in the summer! 'Adults Only' pool was heaven, but it has a block of rooms that open onto it and halfway through our stay two families checked in to those rooms, so there were kids loudly playing in their own pool that was beside the adults one, so I thought that was a strange choice to place them there.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff is extremely kind. Quick service. Huge rooms. Comfy beds. No noise.

Didn’t love how huge it is. Felt like a resort. The pictures give it a different feeling. It seems like the views are only of the sea but actually you can see the street and some uglier parts of the town. However, there’s still many spots where the views are just like in the pictures.

Upon arrival, they have upgraded us with a suite with a private pool, which was amazing considering we were travelling with our 2yrs old girl. She had some stomach problemes at night. The reception quickly called the doctor and send over the cleaning lady, making our troubled night a lot easier. The resort is simply amazing. The breakfast has a lot of options that we loved. The top roof pool was heated and in great condition.

We love the food, the al a carte restaurants are amazing, all 4 of them, and you can visit them as often as you want. The food is some of our favourite we’ve ever had on holiday. The pools are great, we visited with our 4 month old baby this year and she had her first ever dip in a pool. The views are amazing, where the hotel is on several different levels, there are so many wonderful views of the beach and the hills, with amazing sunsets. Pretty much every location in this hotel has a wonderful view. The sun loungers are great, the drinks are lovely and good value, the staff are incredibly nice and attentive. We visited in late September so end of season and after the busiest periods, but we’ve always loved that this hotel never seems too packed, there are a lot of sun beds and room in the restaurants and very rarely are you struggling to find a sun lounger or feeling like you’re packed in - which was very nice for us and our small baby.

We loved everything about this hotel, the only thing we would feed back is it would be great if you could order drinks and food through the app, currently you can just browse the menu and book dinners, but if you were able to put your sun lounger number in and order through the app, that would be excellent.

The hotel and room were great. It’s definitely a resort type of vacation. It was our first time doing all inclusive and definitely worth it. Of course there are certain things not included, like premium drinks, but basically all the food in the restaurants, buffet, food trucks (healthy food truck was very good), and room service menus were ALL included. Our room was beautiful. It was very spacious. We had a balcony, living area, large bathroom, and a splash pool upstairs. There were many options for pools, the main rooftop pool, adults only pool, a somewhat large infinity pool (one pool connected to the other pool below, swim up bar is here), a small children’s pool, and a small heated indoor pool by the gym/spa. Many grassy areas and beautiful views around the property. We used the gym several times and it is fully equipped. There’s water and towels available for your use. There’s a small town with restaurants and shops walking distance and a golf course. The main restaurant with a view seems to be Restaurant Illeta (get reservations, fills fast). It is walking distance by the beach. We took a taxi to the nearby Andratx port and there were many more restaurants and stores and nightlife in that area. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. This is a wonderful hotel and wish we can go back.

Breakfast tea and coffee needed to be hotter when the waiting staff brought it from the kitchen. From the machine it was fine. It was a shame that you couldn’t get a drink by the pool beyond 6pm, especially as the sun doesn’t go down until 8pm.

Beautiful location and views and so clean

The staff were amazing - nothing was too much effort for them. A special mention for Karin Martin - her customer service skills were exceptional and she made the stay extra special for us. The facilities were great and the rooms were spacious. We had a massage in the spa with a French therapist and it was sensational and I would highly recommend her!

The range of options for vegetarians in the restaurant was quite limited. it would be nice if there were pool towels available pool side rather than in the room.
