The way the payment was handled was a bit stressful. The hotel sent messages both in Booking and WhatsApp asking to provide the email and follow links to pay, which looked very suspicious.

amazing location, good breakfast

i was aware that some facilities are adults only, but according to the information on booking.com “children of age 13 years old and above are considered adults at this property”. Could not even sit on the upper terrace with my 13 old daughter or use pools (only one pool is allowed to use for kids). There was no view from our room (balcony) just a fence.

Excellent varied cuisine, a comfortable new room with a gorgeous view, and attentive staff. It is hard to find obvious flaws.

The hotel is on the pricy side, so you would expect it to provide drinking water to the guests. However, you are charged 5 euros for the water even at the dinner, which we paid for as a part of the half-board. Would adding one euro per night per person to the price and being generous about such essentials be difficult? A shuttle mentioned on Booking.com is a shuttle to the nearest town, not Palma and the airport, so don't get confused.

The location is excellent. the pool side area and the beach, which is easily accessible are very nice. breakfast area and breakfast options are lovely. rooms are beautiful with sea view.

limited availability of spa treatments due to staff being on leave. gym not available even to older children (e.g. 14-18). some of the room towels are really old and broken and need replacing.

The location of the hotel was fabulous, and the view from our balcony was stunning. The spa was exceptionally good and was included in our room rate. The breakfast was very good and there was a good selection of cooked foods, salads, fruits & cereals.

The junior suite was much smaller than the photographs on booking.com and the bathroom was very small too. The air conditioning didn't work as it should, and the room was very warm at night. The lady who greeted us on reception was anything but friendly, she was very abrupt and not what you would expect from a 5* resort. The male staff were very friendly and polite, but only to the female guests, not so much to us males. You had to walk through the bar to get to the lower pool which is a bit of a pain, and the panoramic pool was on the 4th floor. The Nude Pool was on the top floor and was like a giant fish tank, so anyone swimming naked in there, was visible from the panoramic pool area, which was very odd.

Wonderful beaches nearby, the buffet at the hotel was great! Amazing views! Make sure you get sea front view!

The hotel is quite large, and each morning it required a long walk and two elevator rides to reach the reception. On our first night, I requested the à la carte menu, but a staff member informed us that the buffet was complimentary. Since I was feeling unwell, I didn’t eat anything and was simply keeping my husband company. However, we were charged 73 euros for the buffet. The following day, we avoided the buffet entirely, yet we were still charged for it. It seems likely that another guest may have mistakenly provided our room number.

Lovely location , plenty of space both inside and out. Beautiful sea side location with views across the bay & direct sea access.

The rooms were quite hot at night , the aircon was t quite cool enough

Breakfast and dinner are excellent, sunbath side of the swimming pool top, the sea in front clear sea water. Francisco is very kindness and helpful.

the reception service is not smooth and even they don’t have some actives service provided, could have some information helping us where can do!!! 3 gestes reserved, provided 2 pairs the slippers, need to ask few days to get one more for me!!! could be improved

Dogs around the pool .. a no no . No staff enforcing the rules posted around the pool , warning that No dogs are allowed in the area. So called A la Carte Restaurant, basically sea facing poolside coffee shop ,very poor . Greasy food and most of the time cold food .To be avoided .The patio area needs a good clean Deck chairs loungers need a good scrub.. Toilets facilities around the pool do not have proper locks .

Excellent location to relax and swim (several pools including at 4th floor) and beach right in front of the hotel. Superb view of Cala Fornells from our balcony. Quiet place at night, no loud beach music. Very good breakfast and until 11am. Delicious vegan salad and pinsas at pool bar of the hotel. Gym, SPA and parking available. Efficient and friendly staff.
