The location is in a beautiful neighborhood and everything about the room was amazing. César (I think that was his name?) at the check-in counter was super efficient and kind. I requested a late checkout and they were kind enough to let me do it without penalty.

This would have been a perfect, 10/10 stay had it not been for the cleaning staff who knocked on my door FOUR times in the morning while I was still sleeping. I had already requested a late checkout and had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door. This meant I couldn't sleep in as comfortably. Also, the final price was on the higher end for a property of its kind.

Great location, walking distance from shopping centers and office buildings. My reservation did not include breakfast, but there was a Starbucks right next door, with direct entrance from the hotel lobby, so that was convenient.

A hand shower option in the bathroom would have been nice. One of the lamps in the room was flickering. Other than those small details, everything else was in order, the appliances were working and the room was clean.

The breakfast buffet was terrific. The variety, quality, and staff were spectacular. Also, I checked out and traveled to the airport at about 3 AM. Upon arriving at the airport, I learned of a day-long plane delay. Given the circumstances, I returned to the property and my very same comfy bed, all by 6 AM. The staff were very attentive, especially the desk staff—my sincere thanks to everyone!

The property is beautiful. The staff went beyond the expectations. It was my mom’s birthday and I asked for a little cord or something little that “happy birthday”. When we got to the room, everything was decorated. I work for Hilton, but I absolutely recommend Fiesta Inn Insurgentes Sur

Your standard business, chain, hotel. Had the basics, a comfortable bed and was clean.

Charging to check you in early when your room is available seems silly. They stored my bags for free in the meantime.

Hotel is very good and well located for business purposes in Insurgentes, a good selection of close restaurants. Staff is very good and could make the stay easy and smooth.

The breakfast is good, but costly, best thing to do is to go to the starbucks.

Very central. Wonderful and friendly Staff, always asking to be of service. Hotel is walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

Water in shower would shift from hot to cold and then cold to hot. They need to fix that in the room I was in. I hope to return to the hotel and hope that this water situation in the shower was only in the room I stayed in.

Property really well located. Reasonable gym and excellent room size. Bed extremely comfortable.

The room itself was a little bit dated, odd scuff marks on the walls (to be expected with use), but telephone didn't function at all, and bedside light fitting visibly broken. Advised reception and all corrected immediately, but really wouldn't expect this from a 4 star.
