The hotel was recommended by partner and fully met my expectations. Big room, comfortable bed, nice WIFI, nice location in comfortable and safe district nearby shopping mall and lot of cafes. Beautiful park nearby.

The restaurant attached was dangerous. I had 3 times digestive problems - even during breakfast! I will not decrease the rate of this hotel, because my stay was pleasant and successful, and I found very nice cafes and restaurants for breakfast and dinner around.

Great location in San Angel Barrio- restaurants, shops Great room- big, comfortable, extremely comfortable bed, good bedding, nice pillows, kitchenette ( so many bars and cafes bot sure why you’d need it) bathroom was clean and sufficient, good quality toiletries Attentive staff, friendly GREAT price for what it offered!

Arrived at 10.30pm and were told the restaurant closed at 11pm and we could still eat. Dropped our bags and arrived at the CLOSED restaurant at 10.45pm . Annoying…. Bath Robes in rooms would complete a good experience

no breakfast, you have to pay extra to use the coffee machine, the floor is dirty. They didn't change the bed, they just made it. Although I was sure that they should have changed it on the third day. But, no! The TV works poorly. The air conditioner also works strangely. I only liked the people who work there!!!!

Outstanding and nothing bad about it. Everything from check-in until check-out was perfect. The room size was perfect and comfy, the washroom was the best, and the kitchenette made it even better. I stayed for holidays with my family, but I would go back anytime even for work, wifi worked extremely well. I would recommend anyone to stay at the Krystal Grand Suites Insurgentes.

The service was very good. Miguel in the reception, Agustín at the restaurant and Magi at the restaurant were really amazing. They deserve a big raise The size of the room was very good Perfect to have metrobus just outside The staff were really helpful having kids The restaurant has good food and the service you get from Agustin and Magi makes it so worth having your breakfast there.

We had to phone several times to the reception to get enough towels and toilet paper In one dinner we had at the restaurant (a new year dinner) the waiter came with the bill and wrote how much he wanted to have as tip. You just don't do that.

The hotel is in a great location, with a restaurant within walking distance. There is also a tram station opposite the hotel for public transport access. The staff was brilliant, especially the Restaurant Team. They had a great breakfast and were very accommodating with our request.

Nothing Major to Mention, as everything went great.

The rooms and beds were wonderful, large, clean and comfortable and the view out the window was amazing.

The location is just boring corporate skyscrapers, chain restaurants, and convenience stores. There is no life or culture there. Also the facility has limited common spaces.

Friendly staff, good breakfast on site (though wasn’t included for us but we could order and pay at restaurant directly). Excellent mattress and bedding, quiet, slept well.

The bathroom door is useless - it’s a sliding glass door with a big gap so there is zero noise cancellation. It’s a design feature but would be much better off with actual door imho. I missed a full length mirror - adding one would be good upgrade.

The place was great for the price. I liked the view, the small kitchen in the room, the Gym, and the room size.

I didn't like breakfasts because for 12 days of my stay, the breakfast was the same: fruits, fried eggs and coffee.

Location is good. Room size is quite well.

The refrigerator in the room heats instead of cooling. The bathroom is large enough but the doors are not practical.
