overall.. ok when i arrive i was told the room I booked didn't exist and was just charged more... apparently high room with a view is an option for more money however doesn't exist... one elevator worked and the hotel was very sold out this made movement very taxing so we just took stairs from the 6th floor a few times.. small complaint but again for what you're spending... upon arrival to our room there were dirty socks still in the floor and the AC didn't work. They cleaned the socks and fixed the ac on day two of our stay. The room was fine, showers were great, staff was phenomenal however for the amount i paid in acceptable sadly

cleanliness/condition of the facilities

Location, staff, and amenities were great. Loved having the drink tokens for each night. We had 2 left over, so we gifted them to another guest on the way out. The hotel is strategically located between River Street and the squares downtown. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they loved on my dog!

The only downside was the noise from a bar across from Ellis Square - we could hear their music and feel the base from the music from the bed closest to the hotel door. Also, there were not enough valet drivers on Sunday - probably the biggest travel day of the weekend, there was one guy working the desk.

This property was excellent!!! The staff was exceptional from check in (I really meant to get her name again before we checked out but we left super early on our last day🤦🏽‍♀️) to maintenance. Everyone was very polite. The location of the hotel is perfect from the riverfront and next to Franklin & Ellis square. The is a $25 historic district fee (included in the price from booking.com) that the hotel offers 2 free drinks per day of your stay redeemable at the hotel bar; free coffee & fruit in the morning; and free WiFi! Not to mention the hotel is dog friendly!!! We will definitely recommend and stay here again!

Arrived late in the evening. I was greeted very warmly by staff. We had dinner in the hotel, Zane was our waiter. He made us feel so welcome, took care of us like we were his best friends. Lots of laughs and great conversation. The food was really good and the surprise of the evening was that the chef showed up to check on his staff and came over to see if we needed anything. Kudos to a great staff. Southern hospitality at its best! The next day my jeep would not start, my daughter approached the gentleman that was working valet. He asked us to wait a moment. He came back and gave us a jump. He sent us to the local auto zone for a follow up. Above and beyond service.

I like the rooms, they were clean and comfortable. Also the hotel in general was clean and presentable, even the hotel workers where very polite and helpful. I experience a very relaxing stay at the Idigo. At breadfast I had a good servant name Abraham, he was very polite, patient and humble, never displayed any anger nor resentment. He was always smiling, attentive to our order and needs, he was very concern about making us feel at home. Abraham would come to us and politely ask us, "hows everything" if we ask him to get us something he would get it for us quickly with a smile. This act of kindness let us feel very comfortable. I recomend to anyone there to meet Mr. Abraham the waiter and servant at the breadfast caffee at Hotel Indigo and the staff aldo. Thank you for making our stay a very excellent and wonderful stay.

I didn't like the fact that it was only a 3 day stay. I wish it was longer.

All of the staff were super helpful and friendly. I had a great experience checking in, and was surprised with my free bar vouchers. That was a nice bonus. The bartender was extremely nice, and made a great cocktail. The breakfast host was very kind and helped me square away a take away box. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Overall, extremely pleased with my experience.

Getting to the hotel was difficult, but it was not long after the hurricane, the street issues may have been due to that. Was very thankful for having someone to drop me off so I didn't have to pay the ridiculous parking fee.

The hotel and room were very clean and the beds were comfortable. We felt very safe at this location. The bar staff was friendly. I know my dislikes seems longer than my likes, but I would certainly stay there again. Nothing was "terrible," and the positives outweighed the negatives.

The thermostat would reset itself at random times causing the room to get cold. It took quite a few days before we could keep the room temperature steady. We stayed for 6 nights. Someone came and made the bed and picked up the towels but didn't leave supplies behind. We were shortened the floor towel twice during our 6 night stay and had to run to the front desk to get a toilet paper roll. Finally, the bathroom was never cleaned during our stay. 6 nights in one room certainly could use a toilet and tub scrub. The coffee bar was often empty.

Indigo is very close to several attractions in Historic Savannah. It's in walking distance to many attractions such as the the old town trolly stops, escape rooms, several restaurants/bars, and has easy access to river street. If you have a pet, the hotel appeared to be dog friendly. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which we purchased with our reservation.

Our first room had a very strong mildew smell and water spots on the ceiling. When we alerted the front desk, they resolved this immediately by moving us to a different room. Also, if you come by car, be prepared to pay for an expensive valet service through the hotel or to find a parking lot nearby.

Property was in the most perfect location. The staff was very kind and helpful. From valet who greeted me , the front desk lady and the bartender MJ was great .

The insane pet fee and some weird charges that the front desk was even unable to explain what they were for . Will not understand why they charge a $25 destination fee ! What is a destination fee? Resort fee I can’t handle , tax for hotel and city .. of course. Valet ? Absolutely.. even the $75 per fee is ok cuz I obviously had a pet, but what is the $25 destination fee that the front desk did not even know how to describe ? Only thing that really makes me not want to stay there again

Parking at Whitaker St. Park garage was very reasonable for downtown Savannah, it was $20/night. The central location to downtown Savannah historic district, we were in the middle of it. The room was spacious, with high ceilings, and there was an abundance of natural light. The staff were extremely friendly and they made us feel very welcome. The hotel provided vouchers for our breakfast and also vouchers for drinks at the bar, so basically, eating and drinking was on the house.

The cost of eating everywhere in Savannah that we saw is extremely inflated. The hotel provided vouchers for our breakfast and also for drinks at the bar, so basically, eating and drinking at the hotel for the 1 night stay did not cost us. The prices on the menu are high just as one will find everywhere in the city.
