The room is well equipped for a few days stay and preparing your own meals. The views over the lake are spectacular. We went hiking every day near Blackheath. Stunning! Spa bath after the hikes was well appreciated.

Windows need more frequent cleaning for such a spectacular view

The view from this place is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking scenery that adds a magical touch to the entire experience. The facilities are top-notch, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and convenience for guests. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make you feel welcome and well cared for. During my stay, I had an issue with my car tire. However, the manager was incredibly kind and went above and beyond by changing the tire and fixing the problem for me. Their assistance completely turned the situation around, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their thoughtful help!

Everything else was perfect.

One of the most beautiful escapes we’ve experienced—breathtaking views, a relaxing spa, scenic bush walks, and a stunning lake view. At night, the sky comes alive with an incredible galaxy of stars. You can take a short walk to the lake and enjoy a lovely picnic as well. We only wish we had discovered this place sooner! It’s truly one of the best romantic getaways or couple’s retreats. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more special.

Be careful while you driving with narrow roads close to property, nothing to worried

The private spa with sweeping views was a highlight of our stay – there’s nothing quite like relaxing in the warm water while taking in the beauty of the landscape. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities made us feel pampered throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring every aspect of our visit was seamless and enjoyable. The peaceful environment provided the perfect escape from daily life, allowing us to completely unwind and recharge. Eagle View Escape is a hidden gem that we would highly recommend to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway. Our time there was rejuvenating, and we can't wait to return for another peaceful retreat."

It is exactly what is advertised. Beautiful scenery, there was a storm and it rained during our stay and it was still beautiful. No faults with the facilities, location or cleanliness. The location is a.bit isolated from any towns.or localities but that is exactly what we were looking for and the nearest town is about 15 minutes away by car, happily drove down and back..

There was a loud party next door one of the nights we stayed from other guests but it wasn't any fault of eagle views and was the only downside to our weekend stay. Everything within the properties control was perfect.

Loved the serenity of the place and amazing views and nature nearby. Unique and relaxing experience, for sure.

The only thing I didn't like was that the private spa jets did not work strong enough on one side, so we had to swap to enjoy it equally. I didn't advise staff about it at the time because we only were staying there for a short period, so I didn't think it would be fixed. Road to the place needs to be fixed, it's pretty poor.

The rooms were fantastic and the views were simply spectacular. What stood out the most for me is the great service we got from Joel. He really made our stay so special and you could see how much he loved the place himself. He makes the experience so much better because he genuinely wants all the guests to have the best time, and he’s only one call away. Thank you Joel and team.

It was all great!

- Very relaxing environment - air conditioning in the cabin was fantastic - The cabins have a natural feel but are very well built, with no entry points for insects etc to get in - The animals living on the property - Very reasonable rates compared with competitors. We have stayed at similar cabins nearby and Eagle View is superior - Staff are really nice

- minimal phone coverage but that of course can be seen as a pro

Such an amazing location to relax and switch off. Rooms were very comfortable with beautiful views. Staff were very accomodating if anything was needed.

Just a minor thing but would be great if the kitchens were a bit better equipped given most guests will be cooking. Had problems with the fry pan especially being hard to cook with and everything getting stuck.

The screen door at the main entrance was a little warped, so it wouldn't close all the way; this led to some small flying insects flying into the cabin. Fortunately, we closed the main door after realizing this. This is the main reason I gave it a nine out of ten. Aside from that warped screen door and the little flying insects that got in, you should definitely not miss this perfect place to stay!
