Just the one and very huge minus - villa placed exactly near the road , and the noise of cars spoils everything. Because of this, you don’t feel comfortable and it’s annoying. Also this villa located in the middle of nowhere. You should rent a car . Without car - impossible to stay there . The view is nice , but no sunset view . So the last payed day we left the villa and rented a hotel in Oia to see the sunset view . Also the swimming pool are beautiful, but we didn’t swim even one time , because it’s very cold water in the swimming pool . In the end of September better rent a place with warm swimming pool . In summer time I think it’s good .

Wonderful experience! Fantastic location! Modern and elegant villa fully respecting the romantic atmosphere of the island! The host Alexandros was extraordinary... he took care of our every need, from the plentiful and tasty breakfast, to all our other needs and requirements... I really hope to be able to repeat this experience soon in the magic Ardor Esclusive Villa!

Beautiful modern home. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were amazing. Very spacious. The outside was gorgeous with a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea beyond. Very convenient for people who want their privacy away from the hustle and bustle. Alex was an excellent host. Wonderful young man who helped us out in anything we needed.

Stunning villa in a great location. Definitely recommend hiring a car. Alex the host is brilliant and helpful with restaurants recommendations and information. We loved our stay.

Spacious, clean and with a private pool. Staff was also friendly and accommodating.

Gate remote did not work well for the front gate of the Villa entrance. Took several attempts before gate would open.

Everything was great, the property's design is impeccable and we would love to stay longer but will do next time :) Thank you for the assistance with all our extra enquiries, your hospitality was really appreciated and the stay was value for money!

We loved it, absolutely secluded and the pool view was amazing to relax. Very friendly welcome and all our requests were catered, nothing more to ask! We will be back with more friends <3

Breakfast was excellent. The villa itself was very clean, beautiful and comfortable and the Faye was very helpful in providing information on things to do.

When I booked this villa, the pictures and brochure said it was a villa with a pool. The night before we arrived, I got an email advising that the villa might not have a pool. This was disappointing as my daughters and I were at making Santorini our last stop in Greece and wanted to relax without having to do tours or go to the beach. After arriving and realizing there was no pool for us but a hot tub, that was some consolation; however, the hot tub never got hot but stayed tepid, barely warm. Another downside is that the tap water is only good for bathing. Even so, it is salty and after a shower, you still do not feel clean. Not sure how the property can improve the water quality

The one bathroom with no door ,one toilet for 4 adult people in the muster bedroom. We couldn't clean the room, we had no cleaning supplies. the oner said that they clean. But we had to call her to come and clean. Or refill the toiletries. They never came to see if we were missing anything, The cleaning lady does not speak English The so-called second room is meant for children under 10. In our booking, we specified that our children's ages are 19, 14) and were not told it would not fit. We paid 1000 shekel per night, you think, considering the price we were be given a first class service but the service was like we are staying in a hostel the water was salty and you could'nt drink the tap water. He only provided 3 bottles of water on our first day. There was no garbage can to thought our garbage. And when I asked him he said that it's across the street. I never found one so we had to stay with the garbage until the next day when the cleaner lady came or we had to call her. We are very disappointed
