The accommodation was very spacious, and had a nice style and aesthetic. The patio was also huge and you could indulge in those sunrise views. For me, the structure and style of the accommodation reminded me a little bit of a fairytale. I was very impressed by the "vintage" or "mediterranean" style doors. I will definitely miss waking up there, as it felt like a little bit of countryside.

Although I really liked the accommodation, you can tell that it is a little bit old. It looks partly renovated but I think it could do a little bit more. The shower was a little bit slippery, so I think they should provide mats. Also there was a little bit of a smell in the bathroom sometimes, I think they need to fix their pipes or something. It wasn't too intense though, so it was manageable. Other than that, everything was great.

I stayed 2 nights in Phaos in a suite with sea view and hot tub. The suite was really spacious, clean and tastefully decorated and the view out of the doors to the sunrise was spectacular. The property is located in between Imerviogli and Fira and is in a quiet location which I liked. You have privacy on your terrace without tourists walking past and looking on like places that are on the west side or in the middle of the towns. It was only a 20 minute walk to the centre of Fira. Breakfast is served to your room and there was a lovely selection. The staff were very friendly and provided ideas on tours /activities on the island. I would definitely stay at Phaos if I get to visit Santorini again.

The quiet yet close to Fira and other attractions, just walking distance away from Imerovigli. Love the hot tub. One of the best beds and pillows in my 2 wks holiday in Greece.

No microwave in the room, the door lock is a nightmare.

We were looking for a very quiet and relaxing start to what would be a busy holiday for us and we certainly found this here in Santorini. We enjoyed a spacious, tidy and well equipped room, with a lovely terrace area, hot tub and our own sun beds out front, with a stunning view of the east coast of the island (even though this hotel is on the west side, such is the size of Santorini!). Really friendly staff who sorted us with transfers and coffees every day and gave us lots of useful information for our stay. Would certainly look to return here as it was just what we needed.

Everything was absolutely fine.

From the moment of booking this hotel it was superb. Had a few questions to ask, they always provided a prompt, detailed answer. The place itself is lovely, the staff are very welcoming and helpful, especially Apostolos who made sure we had everything we needed and helped us arrange anything we wanted to do. We arrived late, after room service hours but were still offered something to eat. I would recommend hiring a car, you get to explore the island fully €50 euros a day, you only need it for two days to visit most places. A take-away/cafe is a 5 minute walk called ilionos they were brilliant, they deliver to your room… we had pastries a few mornings from them and take away late one night. If you go to the shop the staff in there are lovely. Would definitely stay here again the location was perfect, 5 minute walk to the most beautiful restaurants and bars but quiet when you come back. Sun rise was breath taking. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The view from the window is very beautiful the whole day and shiny in the morning. It cost 40 euros to go to the port of Santorini in the morning.

The charge for the laundry service was unclear. We asked for one basket of laundry because we were told it would cost 20€ first, but after the laundry, we were charged twice (40€) because the staff said they washed colored and white clothes separately. We ended up paying only one fee after negotiations, but it would have been nice to know in advance exactly what the pricing was for that area in detail. However, the other points are very nice and we strongly recommend this hotel.

Great location and excellent view.

Breakfast. Since we paid for breakfast the offered type of continental is very poor and inadequate. Since breakfast is charged the Greek breakfast should be served and that cost should be included when we book the room. Continental breakfast should not be an option.

Our room was a 1 bedroom apartment. Very clean and comfortable with big windows and bright inside. Nice balcony and amazing views. Very nice bathroom and shower, very comfortable beds. The location is good especially if you have a car as there is parking available and a car is advisable for the off season as there is almost no bus service available. US citizens will need an International drivers license…we didn’t have one 🫤 There is a nice little market/restaurant a 5 minute walk up to Imerovigli . Our location was a very short walk to Fira and same to Imerovigli. In fact it’s just across the street from the hiking trail to Oia. So you don’t have to walk along a busy road. The staff were extremely helpful and available when we needed help. Katia saved our vacation with a full tour of the island!

We visited in the off season and the weather wasn’t cooperating. It’s the off season for a reason. However, the days we did tour it was wonderful having the island mostly to oneself. If you are happy with that solitude and don’t mind searching out the few open restaurants, then winter visiting may suit you. You will need a car but driving isn’t that bad and there’s parking in winter months.

The staff was pleasant, professional, and efficient. Khatia was wonderful. A speedy checkin and wonderful through our entire stay.

I liked everything!

It was our first time on Santorini and we couldn't have chosen better accommodation for our 7-day stay. Very nice and tranquil location with outstanding views. Rooms very neat and the jacuzzi always well maintained. Daily cleaning, a courteous team and very pleasant hosts who also diligently arranged third-party services (e.g. car rental) and recommended the best places to explore. They always took their time for a quick chat in between and requests were dealt with promptly. In some of the units, the sun loungers are right next to the passageway, so that every time guests in the units further back have to walk past you, which was not entirely pleasant depending on the respective guest. But that didn't take away much from the relaxing experience, that's why we don't feel like putting in on the negative side. On a personal note, I would add an armchair to the furniture in the rooms.
