Good location (very close to the bus station), I booked the room, not the capsule, so my review is based on that. There was enough space, but it would have been nice to have a door I could lock, since the locker inside the room was rather small. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially the lady who (I suppose) is the owner. Ciao!

The capsule is a dormitory but with capsule  one on top of each...in rows. Just like those in camps, except that it's an enclosure. Notices are around to observe quietness. Hot bath n heated toilet bowls in separate sections.  Vending machine, available, hair dryers too, bath soap n shampoo, towels, comb, provided. Slippers too. Lockers for cabin bags. Thick blanket , shorts n shorts yukata like tees also provided. ....bigger luggage has to put in one corner of the dorm. Location is good, 30mins walking distance to the A bomb memorial, also within walking distance to the Hiroshima station. For experience, one night is enough. If you are one who likes privacy and lay out your things, the capsule is not for you. In addition, bath facilities are shared. The capsule has a ventilation fan, NOT a fan. Hence it can be warm , perhaps except during winter. After 1 night, I decide to upgrade for the private cabin, where the sleeping area is still a capsule but you have additional space of a table, a chair and more floor space. However, it is not for those weak in the knees as you have to climb up a narrow ladder. Still it is a good experience.

it was rather warm in the capsule. Good if during winter time. Not for those phobia of confined space or if you like privacy or if you like to lay out yr things ...hence I decided to upgrade to a private room...just top up 1000 yen.. For couples, not recommended....:) there's no lock for the capsule

everything! the staff were so friendly and helpful and full of information. a lot of thought was put into the facilities and amenities. they give you so many things you feel very pampered. the bathrooms, showers and sink/makeup areas were very well designed and very clean. the location is great. there's streetcars and busses that stop right in front and are super frequent. you don't even need to check a schedule. there is a small lounge with cute plants by reception where i enjoyed my conbini coffee and breakfast each morning. it's an excellent value and i easily recommend!

Good value for money. I think maybe it’s one of the more expensive capsule hotels from what I hear but you pay for a very nice clean space with lots of good facilities, helpful happy staff and luggage storage. Nice bathrooms with makeup/hair stations, changing rooms, as well as pyjamas, slippers, face wash and lotion, toothbrush and hairbrush. The women’s floor was more spacious and quiet with bigger capsules.

Obviously you will be able to hear your surroundings and the men’s floor is busier with less luggage storage space so if it doesn’t fit in the locker there’s nowhere to safely store it.

Such an amazing place, I loved my stay here. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was lovely, I couldnt believe all the facilities! Yuo get a bag with lots of goodies - Pajamas, lots of toiletries, slippers, towels etc. The lounge area has a microwave and hot water thermas, the wifi signal was really strong. I stayed in a delux room - the Tempur mattress had a remote control to elevate the top or bottom of the mattress, there was a tv and headphones, the sink area in the female floor had everything from straighterners to nailvanish remover, makeup wipes. An amazing place to stay

The place was great, my room got a bit warm during the night, but the hallway was much cooler - so leaving the door/top curtain open helped. I tried using the dehumidifier, but following the Japanese instructions was tricky and it never seemed to help (I probably didn't find the right setting)

If you're only staying for a night or two and are travelling alone on a budget in Hiroshima then this is the place to go! Extremely reasonable prices and excellent shared bathroom/toilet facilities. The capsules offer decent privacy and some of them also have a small storage area underneath the capsule which is really useful for storing bags etc. Location is also decent as it's not too far from the station.

Nothing in particular given the price but just bear in mind this is a budget capsule hotel so naturally the beds aren't super comfortable but certainly good enough for a night or two.

You get almost everything you might need during the stay: towels, pyjamas, tooth brush, hair brush, face care, slippers. In the common powder room are also all possible things to use. Two types of shampoos, conditioner and body wash in shower. In the room there is also some kind of steam machine to clean skin but I didn’t have time to use it. Mirror, napkins and table lamp on table, big locker. Also comfortable bed. Common area is big enough, there were not many people anyway. You can also borrow an umbrella.

Two things. No water tank to fill bottle with drinking water. And shower is quite strange. You press the lever and the water goes about 5 seconds, then you need to press it again.

The capsule hotel was right beside a FamilyMart and it's in front of a tram stop which you can take to Hiroshima station, or to the island of Miyajima. The staff was amazing, I felt really welcomed and they explained all the procedures for my stay. The capsule was clean and I slept well as other travelers also kept the rules of being quiet. They provided new amenities every day. The lounge area has a vending machine for drinks. Overall it was a great experience!

Nothing but good! Great value capsule hotel in a good location.

- Very central location within walking distance to most sights and the train station - Very clean showers bathrooms, rooms, and central areas - Nice receptionist who answered all of my questions and pointed out key sights on a map upon arrival - Excellent amenities including pajamas and well-located changing rooms within the capsule area

- Check in is at 3pm but they held bags - No breakfast offered but vending machines were available - Perhaps I missed a USB port, but there was only one outlet in capsule
