It was clean, comfortable and big closets and beds were good.

Shower didn’t drain properly. There was no salt and oil.

Very good value, loved having an entire apartment for our brief stay, especially since there is a Rewe grocery store right around the corner. Decor is great, the apartment is HUGE, the dishes and cutlery are sufficient - we felt like we really made it our home for one night. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very spacious, yet the bathroom is tiny. A bit odd. Not a deal-breaker, just odd that there's so much space, but not for the bathroom. There is no lighting over the kitchen "island" which was a bit awkward, and there was also no "nightlight" to have on overnight just to help with getting to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Good location about half way between the Oktoberfest (Carrstatten Volksfest) and city center. Easy 20 minute walk or 16 euro Uber/taxi to either. Rooms seem to be fairly recently renovated, are comfortable, and look nice. Mini fridge and mini cooktop.

Building has no parking, but we found pay parking (12euro/day) on the street close by.

Self-checked in. The manager at the reception, who was even present on Saturday and welcomed me by name and guided in detail about the places we inquired of. The place near very good eateries.

Children above five need a bigger and comfier couch. We hope they will integrate smart furniture to integrate a comfy and room bed inside the room.

Nice place, location is outside centre but next to supermarket and bus every 10 mins to the hbf, trams nearby. Staff were great, had a small issue with the shower which they fixed immediately. Comfortable room, very spacious and well designed. Bed is good, coffee machine and large fridge. It was pretty good value for money and a nice place to stay.

Can be a little difficult to get back by bus in the early hours of the morning. There is some noise from the carpark at the rear as reported in other reviews. It's only an issue if you have your windows open, and it's not too loud then, but fine with your windows closed. Not really a major issue for me

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel last weekend, and we must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the guy at the reception greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, instantly making us feel welcome. His helpfulness and positive attitude set the tone for our entire stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was conveniently situated just a few bus stops away from the city center, allowing us to easily explore the vibrant attractions and landmarks. Additionally, there were a few restaurants and grocery stores in close proximity, making it incredibly convenient for us to grab a bite to eat or stock up on essentials. Entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and attention to detail in its design. The ambiance was inviting, with tasteful decor that created a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Although we were traveling with a baby and there was no cot available, it wasn't a significant inconvenience for us, especially for just one night. Overall, our stay at this hotel was a positive and enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting Stuttgart.

Everything was really pretty, clean, modern! One of the best stays in my life. The kitchen, the room, the bathroom.. all well furnished and equipped, all looking great. Close to the centre by bus 40 which is 200m away. Supermarket on the corner.

- no AC, however, we wouldn’t use it anyway due to weather, just as a note for future reference. - no parking :( however, daily ticket for the street parking is 10€ - bathroom size wouldn’t be comfortable for bigger people

Very spacious apartments that are clean and modern, with enough amenities for a longer stay. The reception was very useful to pick up the keys, and the staff was always helpful.

The decoration was on the "cold" side, with plenty of empty spaces. The bathroom was disproportionally small in comparison to the size of the apartment. The immediate surroundings are not great, but definitely 100% safe.

the bed was very comfortable, the room was stylish and practical, well sound isolated, the bathroom was big enough, hot water was working well, the location of the property was very easy to reach with bus (but with the strike it was a little bit complicated to reach the main train station, which is an exceptional situation I guess) there is a big Rewe supermarket really close, easy to do the grocery shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they helped us with all our requests. I would stay there again, totally recommended.

New property. Spacious room. Location is good as you have all services as supermarket, bars, restaurants, metro station close by. By Uber it is 10€ into city center. After making a complain the staff reacted very good and professional.

The room was not well cleaned, lot of dust all over, the floor was messy too with hair from previos guests. The bedrobe was clean but a very unpleasant smell of cheap cleaning products. We had a 5 days stay and only once after complaining about cleanless ot was cleaned. Not even once the room was entered, even for towels replacement. The supermarket in the back has his storage. Exream noise at 6am! So ask for a room facing street or a number that is more dislocated from storage. The staff at recetion is working only few hours per day. We needed some suger for the coffee machine but there was no one to ask for. I really missed having someone there in case of need. In general the service level is extrem low, no way a hotel standard!
