This was our third overnight stay at this hotel. Very usefully located for Gatwick airport flights, good bar food, comfortable rooms, etc. This stay was exceptional because of the absolutely brilliantly helpful reception staff. We arrived at the hotel and our car which had been acting up on the short drive from the long stay carpark - in this case a six week stay - became pretty much undrivable. Two ladies came out to help us with the car and found us a place to park where an AA van could access it. All the other staff were also friendly and welcoming.

The staff were brilliant and on seeing my husband’s disability, moved us to a more appropriate room, at the same price! It was a good base for attending an event at the K2. We didn’t get to use any of the other facilities so can’t comment.

The car park is astroclous, very few disabled parking bays. I had to drop my husband by the entrance and park around the back. Something I was very uncomfortable about, especially in the dark. Exiting the car park is awful if there is a coach dropping off/picking up (made us late for our event and almost missed our granddaughters performance 😠). For an older person,like myself, walking through the unmade up surface of the car park was unpleasant and needed wellies for all the puddles. The car park feels creepy at night time. Also the guests hanging about the entrance having cigarettes was rather intimidating.

The pool and spar were just what need after a long trip. I arrived at the pool 5 after last entery but the man let me in and trusted me to pay the £4 in the morning. (I left my wallet in the van) Helpful staff all around. Would stay there again. One of the better hotels I stayed in of the many.. Car park can be busy if you have a big van like I did. But 5 stars for this one and top of my list as long i get at £60

this was an emergency booking as we had been double booked at our original property. The price was cheaper than our previous booking and we just wanted somewhere to stay. We didn't really care about the facilities just that they had space and for the whole weekend. on our arrival we were pleasantly surprised. The staff and atmosphere were wonderful and they were so helpful and polite. the rooms were perfect all be it a little worn in places but that didn't matter as it was warm, clean and comfortable. we loved the Spanish décor and the bar and restaurant we great. it even had a pool and was only about £3-£4 a session. As we were there for a Cheerleader competition being held in Crawley we will definitely be booking to stay here next year, if we go to the comp. We booked 2 rooms between 4 adults and two children aged 9 and 11, and when they didn't want to get up for breakfast one morning they allowed us to take it back to the room. This may not be 4 star top of the range but what you do get for the price is brilliant and they could not be more accommodating.

Car park was a bit bumpy and pot holed.

We were upgraded to a suite rather than a double as it was our anniversary. Most of the staff were very friendly.

We had paid for breakfast and online it says finished at 9.30 we got there at 9.17 waited to be seated like it says and the lady said I'm sorry but breakfast is finished you have to be here by 9.15 even though there was still food left that would be thrown away and we wouldn't have been long as we had paid for the extra hour for the room. But we were so hungry and appalled by the woman's attitude that we went home

We enjoyed our stay here as it was close to Gatwick terminal which we needed. Breakfast was good, bar food great, buffet evening meal tasty. Staff were lovely. Thank you for looking after us!

We were there 7 days. I think the room should have had at least one clean during that time.

Clean & comfortable. Great price. Onsite parking included. Reasonably priced hot breakfast. Spa & gym facilities were a nice little extra!

I was staying in a separate annexe building to the main hotel, and it took a couple of attempts to get a working key from the reception, which meant a couple of trips back and forth in the rain.

Good location to airport, onsite parking and car not moved while away, easy check in and check out, clean, very good value, extra blanket in room, effective air conditioning/heating but windows also opened, staff helpful and professional.

Although clean, corridors smelt old and fusty, a bit off putting on arrival. Smoke alarm light flashed every 60 seconds throughout night. Pillows too firm and uncomfortable. Bed could be better quality, headboard loose and banged on wall when turning in bed, used a towel to cushion against wall. 10am checkout a bit early as only arrived at hotel at 1am. Trees overhanging car causing mushy ground with wet leaves and lots of bird droppings on ground and car. Shoes got covered in mud and droppings when collecting car.

Nothing to eat or drink at night. Not even a cofee vending machine for a place that has hundreds of rooms. Parking in wild with no security for your cars. Extremely hot water in bathroom, danger of scalding, with no warning label. I guess they didn't hear of TMVs but a small notice would have been nice. It only takes 3 seconds for a 60°celsius to cause second degree burns .

I liked having a bath instead of being forced to use a shower. The room was comfortable. I was delighted the receptionist gave me plenty of milk and decaffeinated coffee when I asked for it at check-in.

Judging by the creative parrking, the car park is too small. There are also a lot of pot holes in some areas. Please fill these in and put down a mesh to hinder them opening up again before someone damages their car suspension or themselves.
