Friendly service. Access direct to club from rooms as husband he's disability. Can go for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the lift and straight into club .

Disappointed with the back door of the club is locked at 11pm and you can't access your room. Club was open till 2am. Staff refused to open door and had to walk out front door through the carpark to access accomadation. Stayed due to direct access for Family Party in Pavillion room booked and husband has disability but staff in club still refused to unlock door to access our room.

The hotel provided an access and certain discounts for the club next door, they cooked through whole day, which was very handy for us, especially when other restaurants closed at 2.00/3.00pm. In the evening, they were open till 2.00am. Whole hotel and room smelled very nice. Staff was friendly, helpful and smile all the time.

The hotel by itself looked bigger than actually it was, our room was quite smaller than we were expecting. The continental breakfast was served next door, but it was measured per person, for me as a big eater wasn't enough, but you could buy some extra eggs or bacon. It is located close to lake, but not really close to main street, you have to walk a bit or use your car.

The location was great. The fact that the club was joined to the hotel was excellent and unexpected bonus.

I paid for breakfast included in my room. The breakfast was not worth the money. That was a complete waste of money. It was so far from a continental breakfast that I have never seen anything quite so poor toast coffee and juice and yoghurt is not a continental breakfast. I would not have paid for it with my room if I had realised that I still had to buy breakfast

The service at the RSL club next door was pretty poor but the hotel is not responsible for this part of the property I guess they had a robot delivering meals seriously crazy quite pathetic I seriously wondered who was managing the club I man sure this club could do well under great management it was very quiet and this was just around Christmas so I expected it to be busy and great Christmas theme but it wasn’t and the staff don’t appear to be very well trained but hotel staff were efficient and friendly so we do go back there a couple of times a year for family reasons but the club doesn’t seem to get any better a real shame

The property is fairly new and therefore the room is very up to date and pleasant. The bed is very comfortable with a mattress topper for extra comfort. Parking is abundance, staff were friendly and the shower is hot with good water pressure. Entry into the Diggers Club is very convenient.

The room is sound proof but a lot of noise from the hallway is heard from the door.

The actual motel is great the club and food not so much

The club that supplies the food which is connected to the hotel is ordinary fruit salad served in a plastic container like your buying takeaway we stayed two nights and each one of us ordered tea each one received a different serving eg small pot of tea large pot of tea and a cup of tea couldn’t work this out as we all had the same continental breakfast so I should have been given a pot and what is the point of giving us a pot and milk if your not going to give us enough water to make a second cup also the breakfast cereal was like one tablespoon of cereal also they now use a robot seriously what a joke not going back if this is their attitude to employment of staff also thought they could have put more Christmas decorations up

had a great view from the room and the room was as expected, clean and functional. our breakfast was in cafe attached to Ibis continental style but you could have ordered more but would have cost more. Staff were amazing and friendly.

we only found the downer was the bed. it was a little hard for our old bodies lol but it was clean, fresh and big enough. more signage is needed for the phone and if room service is available after you forget to ask.

A cut above the other Ibis I have stayed in. Room was larger and Bathroom was a great size and was tiled throughout. Some Ibis hotels I've stayed at only had the capsule style bathrooms which are functional but a little small. Ibis the Entrance has direct access to the Diggers Club and the Bistro so that's a bonus.

The only thing is the floor in the shower. In the corner had a brown patch and some of the grout on the floor needs scrubbing with a grout brush. Other than that sparkling clean.

The room was clean and very good size. The main bed was very comfortable. The shower pressure is very good. Available free parking within the compound is much welcomed. Location was good, in close proximity to town and to nearby food options. Reception was professional and efficient. Being on the top floor with a view of Lake Tuggerah was a bonus.

The sofa bed was a little creaky and sunken in.

The room is nice and clean, great location, two minutes walk to long jetty. Love the food and nice coffee from Digger club downstairs, so handy and convenient. The reception is open 24 hours, staff are so friendly especially Wayne kindly arranged us a late check out and the lunch access to the restaurant at Digger club! Such a great experience, definitely will bring my family and friends back.
