Aside from great location where everything is there and no need to drive - we loved the Oaks! Safe, clean, accommodating staffs and great room too. Free parking as well in front of the hotel during our 4 day stay! We got scared after reading all previous reviews because they were all negative BUT it seems like they booked to a different hotel lol Our whole family really loved the place especially my son! Free parking, helpful staffs, big room for a studio type, clean room, complete amenities in the room, Safe, great pool plus perfect location where play area is just outside the hotel including Carousel Ferris wheel etc and pelican feeding too! We surely recommend this hotel!

Nothing to be honest

Room was very clean except for a couple of minor things which was exceptable and could attend to ourselves,toilet and bath area was absolutely spotless which is a must and prority to us,lovely view,bed was pretty comfortable,pillows were awesome to sleep on great location, room was available quicker then arranged everything was available to use if we required great and awesome room for the price we paid.

No telephone to communicate with office in case of emergency as we had 2 fire alarm incidents and had to go down stairs to find a foyer full of people to be 1 incident a false alarm and someone cooked in there unit which set the fire alarm of and had to evacuate,no fans in the room as the bedroom area as the cold air from the aircon dont reach there,bath a little to high for the wife who has a nee injury and had to lift her in the shower.

the apartment was fine, large, quiet, ( i did not cars from the parking garage across ) clean, washing machine the man at the desk showed me the room before i paid , that was nice so i could make sure all was good

i did not like i checked in late, about 8pm ? i have stayed in at least 25 places in australia in the last months, everyone offers me late check out, so im used to it i asked, is it possible to stay past 10 am since im checking in later, he said no, there would be a 20 AUD / hour charge that just rubbed me the wrong way. I then asked where to park, that is 20 AUD as well, not a good start, but then he said its free across the street so that is fine- i undestand its not his doing and i guess upper management but bad business, i would have stayed longer but i do not like policies like that

Amazing location, the loft was a great size and had amazing balcony views of the beach. We selected this place due to location of where we were going to attend an event. It was only a two minute walk to the event which was amazing. The pool and spa were great to cool down and relax. Staff were lovely and helpful. The place was great for what we needed. We will be back!!

We had trouble with the Aircon. It stopped turning on. The rooms are a bit outdated and the loft squeaks as you walk across. We were unable to use the gym as it was currently undergoing renovations

Great apartment. Clean, comfortable and modern. Helpful staff. Great location. This was our fourth stay over the years.

Not enough pool lounges for the size of the place. We stayed there 10 years ago and my son cut his foot on the broken tile at the bottom of the pool. It was very disappointing to see that there are now so many more missing tiles throughout the pool. I was scared that my husband or I might cut our feet on the faulty tiles. This is a safety risk that should have been remediated by now ten years later. This meant that we didn't enjoy the pool fully.

Great effort with the cleaning of the room and kitchenette was clean tidy and so well equipped. Cleaner did well. Was definitely noticed. Amazing location. We found free parking next to Nesuto opposite the oaks. Many restaurants surrounding. Lovely sea view from studio balcony room 523.

The door handle to the bathroom was abit hard to twist open/close and the door wouldnt close properly unless you gave it a good push. Minor issue but others may find it a problem. Not a fan of the shower over bathtub layout. My husband is 6ft and he found it abit of an issue height wise. Other than that, the room has your everyday basics but i love how our room was clean & tidy.

The staff were amazing over and above all... Love the option to have a Trolley to bring out luggage from the car. Looooved the view booked 2 nights end up staying 4... Everything in walking distance.... Amazing sun rise.... didn't use the pool (was rainning last 2 days). The lamps in the bedroom had usb points was great for phones. We had our own washing machine and dryer too was a big bonus caught up on washing (none to do when home after a month away)

Nothing really.... the balcony railings need a touch with paint.

Check in was easy, however the wait for the small bottleneck of guests wanting to be checked in at the same time was dealt with by the sole reception employee was handled very professionally and as efficiently as was possible with the challenge of minor miscommunications about what the request of payment for the $1 deposit entailed and why cash wasn't an option; in all fairness it would be great if the possibility of further charges to the initial pending transaction were explained to guests. Would prevent any issues on either side of the contract if that was to occur, otherwise I would foresee the likelihood of a guest being understandably confused and angry about additional charges they weren't actually aware of prior to signing the contract (without reading it, as it has become common practice).

Some minor cleaning issues: hairs in drain of shower, weird objects under the bed (one was a bouncy ball, the other I'm hoping was a half used hot glue gun stick and not anything butt or drug related 🙃) soap scum buildup behind and under the tap bases, dust building up on power points and light switches bedhead etc. All can be easily and quickly fixed by your cleaning team.

The location was fantastic. Our balcony had views of both the lagoon the ocean. So handy to shops etc. It was quiet - but we were staying midweek. Comfortable King-sized bed. good kitchenette & coffee maker. We absolutely loved the rooftop hot spa & enormous heated pool. We've stayed here twice this year & we hope to be back in the future.

The clothes dryer was playing up - which was annoying as we mainly came here for the pool & spa area, so needed to dry swimmers & towels in between. The phone to reception also wasn't working.

Staff member on check in was very helpful and responded very well to a rude guest- impressive. Very comfy bed and room was great. Position was great- right on the waterfront.

Upon check in and check out I was offered and accepted the offer to have tax invoice emailed. I asked for it to be itemised for each night (work expenses). This then took multiple phone calls afterwards to follow up. It was sent to my email after a few attempts (the staff member was very apologetic), which I appreciated
