Close to where we were going all week. Close to food and other things that we visited all week. All the front desk staff except one lady was fantastic and super accommodating.

One of the front desk ladies was super rude. We had to ask housekeeping for towels, toilet paper, wash clothes. When we asked one of the house keepers she didn’t even speak English and just pointed to the rude, snotty lady at the front desk. Everyone else was fantastic other this lady.

Wonderfully friendly and informative staff. Directed us to a lot of wonderful local sites. Liked the flooring with no carpet. Plenty of options for breakfast.

Showers need a deep clean and recaulked. Flooring needed cleaned better before or check-in.

I had to come to Florida from Puerto Rico to see a family member in a nearby Assisted Living facility. The staff at the Inn gave me a very warm and friendly greeting. Everyday they were warm friendly and accommodating. I would like too commend the following staff: Kailey, Zein, Kira, Shawtiers, Alyssa, Kevaugn and the house keeping staff who's names I did not have. In todays environment it's not everyday that you get a complete staff that provides outstanding and excellent service. Clearly the comfort Inn Corporate and Administrative staff have done an excellent job in their training and support of their staff.

There was nothing I did not like.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good-size room with new vinyl flooring. New sink unit in the bathroom, very nice, good lighting. Cleanliness of room, reception area and breakfast room. Convenient location for us.

On more than one evening, some shady creatures were hanging out around the front entrance of the hotel. One small taint on cleanliness: the guest laundry. The surfaces were clean but there is old dirt caked around the lid of the washer on the inside. A few more healthy options on the breakfast buffet would be nice e.g. oatmeal and muesli.

For the price, location, and quality, exceeded my expectations. I've had a lot of hit or miss experiences with Comfort Inns, and this one was totally a hit. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. The breakfast, while small, had lots of variety and constant restock. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of carts available to bring luggage up and down. There was even an issue with their system prior to our arrival and they were very proactive in handling it.

The parking lot and building set up is a little weird and precarious, as is the pool location. The AC didn't quite cool the whole room, even on the coolest temp and highest fan running. The bath tub could use an update and the hot water wasn't super consistent. We did have one staff member be quite rude a few times, but she was definitely the exception.

Very fast checkin, friendly staff throughout. Room was comfortable and clean, beds were very comfortable, and even though the hotel is near a major highway there was barely any noise coming through. Breakfast was good, several choices available, and the area was kept clean and organized.

I am only docking one point for having a shared pool with another hotel and having it "detached" from the property (it's in between both hotels). Caught me a little bit off guard, but still enjoyed it.

First visit - despite living in area for many years - we were greeted by a young man at the front desk with a smile and great attitude ... this sounds simple, but isn't always the situation at some lodging locations we've used! Fairly recent renovations - the rooms were nicely appointed with newer elements and nice decorating. Very clean rooms with laminate flooring which helps in keeping the rooms clean. Great bed/mattress and overall, a very pleasant experience. Breakfast was very good with many choices. Will include them for future visits to the area.

I like the breakfast selections food was hot and fresh. The room was very comfortable clean and equipped. Staff that I came in contact with was courteous and professional.

The place was nice and very clean and quiet. Nice location.

The clerk that was on Friday night was very rude and racist. She said when my family came in ( Omg look at all those black people). Do all yall need a room. She was very rude and snappy with us. In the photo you will see the clerks that was rude and called us all black people. No one apologized to us or anything. I made a complaint nothing still wasn't done.

I had a place to lay my head Literally thats all I did. Unfortunately arrived very late in the evening due to circumstances. Disappointed I couldn't have arrived earlier in the evening.

Door key did not work at first, but after trying a few times it eventually worked. Breakfast was just run of the mill hotel food. Why can't you change up the sausage every once in a while and make it bacon. Everything goes better with bacon!!! They ran out of regular coffee and never made more sadly...
