The staff were great! Cool professional vibes! Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, Starbucks and the small concession.

One female receptionist that was snarky. The fact that I ordered from the restaurant a double hamburger and they charged me for 2 meals? Bc they didn’t have an extra patty button? That was a $36 dollar burger. You had no real luggage carts it was the ones from the airport, so we couldn’t but our coolers and backpacks. Rooms were extremely small and super small fridge and no microwave. I’ve been to many hotels to know that’s just basic things to have in a room.

Excellent location, staff and restaurant. Nice room with comfortable beds. Enjoyed the live band, beach and pool. Everything that I ordered to eat and drink at the restaurant was delicious and top notch. Pleasant staff everywhere.

We reserved a double queen room for three people with “breakfast included in the rate” only to be told at check in that the breakfast was for two people - not ok and especially when I paid $356/night for three people. However after some discussion, the manager approved breakfast for the third person. It felt uncomfortable to unsafe to be in the huge parking lot across the four lane road after dark without security and pay an additional $16 per day. Valet parking is available for the rich and famous lol for $24 per day and they park in the spaces next to the hotel.

Nice hotel, amazing pool!!

Parking across the street, no microwave but they did bring one up, fridge was leaking and has apparently been leaking for a while, pool closes early, in room 555 you can’t hardly open and close the door without putting your entire body weight into opening it and closing it..

Room location except when band was to play. Food options and availability. Employee kindness and attention. Checking via text about room needs.

Room too loud when band set up. I was fortunate that weather stopped band after 1 hour. I wanted quiet room for peaceful stay not room by band.

Super great staff! Marco at the front desk was helpful and nice from our phone call before arriving all the way to helping us find out if my husbands wedding band had been turned in although it’s probably in the ocean. He also hooked us up with a drink ticket when he learned it was my birthday. The bar staff were also so nice. Honestly, not one staff member wasn’t incredibly nice. We even received a message after our check out apologizing for not being able to give us an ocean view although I still considered our room an ocean view.

The desk staff was very attentive and professional. The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable.

When we arrived at the restaurant, there was no body at the receiving desk to seat us. We had to go to the front desk to asked for help. We then got help immediately. The food and the service was very good.

Beach. Closeness to beach. Had breakfast three times. Had one evening meal. Went else where after evening meal as no steaks were available.

Wanted to leave patio door open a crack to here ocean waves and have fresh ocean air at night but no way to lock door from being opened up by someone unwelcome so we left it locked and closed.

On Beach side with ocean view. Dinner with breakfast buffet or order from the menu. Band outside on Sunday afternoon is very enjoyable. Friendly and very hard working staff always ready to assist.

Parking. I prefer to park my own vehicle. A few of $20 a day is ridiculous and then pay valet.

The ocean view was excellent, and our room was very nice and clean. The restaurant on site was very yummy with great drinks. Unforeseen had to leave a day early because a hurricane coming but the hotel was able to refund us. We will.dwf be coming back!

The Melbourne area is a bit boring

I l9ve the hotel in general, especially their staff, everyone was so nice to me starting from Marco, Jeanette, etc. Nice beds, good service

That you don't have flags so I know if it's safe to swim, they charge you fir chairs at the beach
